It's amazing how certain people weren't happy here. We were here for the first time yesterday. Friendly service, simple, cozy atmosphere and lots of tempting sandwiches and cakes. What we had was all very good, such as the ciabatta canape. Thank you!

Unfortunately I didn't like it very much, we weren't served well then the coffee ☕️ disgusting!!!

It is well attended, the bakery is in the basement and therefore always fresh things, e.g. B. Bread, sandwiches, sweets and at the moment a different warm soup every day. Staff is also very friendly

Want to drink a good coffee or hot tea or many other drinks there is the choice and with this you have the bakery in it, a lot of choice whether you are sweet or rather savory there is a choice. From the croissant to the ham sandwich and many others... Great place to read a book or chat with friends.

Actually, in terms of quality, it's more like 2 stars, but there is an extra star for the long-time employee, who is always super nice and friendly. One lady is so unfriendly that I'll turn around when she's standing at the counter in the future. The seed bread is usually very good, but sometimes hard as a rock. When it comes to the sandwiches you almost have to bite your teeth... Price/performance is not really right.

Rather expensive but it usually has parking spaces for a quick coffee. One of the conditions is ok, but the young, unfriendly lady doesn't work at all. Won't go there anymore

2nd time that I buy pastries that are much overcooked, almost burnt, it doesn't change the taste and very average bitter burnt taste, overall the food is dry, the sandwiches are poor in ingredients 7 bal for a piece of bread and butter. don't mess around, a questioning is necessary

In general the bread is excellent but the problem is that it is generally burnt 😶☹️ (Croissants, Braids and so on are burnt) sold at the normal price the burnt leaves a bitter taste and is totally indigestible

Unfortunately we are a long way from opening. The fall. The products were of quality but now there is a sloppiness and the supply is not constant. It seems like we're disturbing. Too bad, it would be a gold mine.

It's a shame that the staff is so unfriendly. As soon as there are several people in the store it becomes hectic and the staff becomes unfriendly.

Absolutely aesthetic vibe, but there was no Güäzli with my coffee, which I found very, very unfortunate :( but otherwise everything was great. Gladly again (but then hopefully with Güäzli)

Very nice little neighborhood bakery! Their sandwiches or other pastries are good! Close to a bus stop and not far from the city! Easy access

A very good bakery for years. The vanilla peak is a hit. It's not for nothing that the bakery and café are full at peak times.

As much as I was excited at the beginning, I'm now very disappointed. The employees are not always very friendly, even if they try hard. As soon as there are a lot of customers in the store it becomes hectic and that affects the friendliness. I also no longer think the price/performance ratio is good. It's a shame about the once so good bakery

The chicken curry sandwich is killer!!! With a slice of avocado inside, super good! I'm a fan!

Very good, but a little expensive, 3 mini sofas, 2 drinks and a ham croissant 25chf! But otherwise nice place and nice staff.

Just way too expensive. A small bottle of beer Fr.5.50. Once we weren't served at all. We work nearby and always took a break there, which unfortunately is no longer possible today. Staff overloaded and not competent.

Great bakery. Homemade products not frozen just put in the oven, welcoming staff with a smile, good small space also welcoming both inside and outside and plenty of parking spaces nearby so practical.

I love the atmosphere of our neighborhood café. Unfortunately, I forgot my Covid pass in Poland and there is currently no indoor cafe

Regular customer, the products are excellent, from the vegetarian sandwich to the fruit tart, everything is delicious. Unfortunately some members of the staff are not made for this job and lack politeness.

Choice you can sit down, drink and eat good service

I used to go there willingly, but now I find the staff incapable, I order an espresso macchiato after showing the covid pass and wait 5 minutes because the waitress couldn't find the date of birth clearly visible on the document, they bring me an espresso with coffee until edge of the cup in which it was impossible to put the sugar, I point out that I had asked for it to be stained, I am told that he didn't understand and goes away, at least ask if I wanted to change it. I left the money on the table and left without drinking it.

Very clearly one of the best bakeries in Bienne. Their totché is wonderful, as well as their pastries and sandwiches and the prices are not super excessive unlike others (Rüfi if you read us...) Excellent bread!

The bakery has new owners. I liked the sandwiches better because there was no gelatin on them. But the bread and sandwiches (I haven't tried anything else yet) are great! Fresh, crispy, made with joy and a joy to eat! Great selection. I look forward to trying more fine things. Definitely recommended👍👌
