We were on a aprés-ski Bad weather day in the freight scales and were very enthusiastic: we got a table directly and tried this wonderful sparkling wine 'g' - great, really recommended! The staff was very friendly, the location is very nice with a great atmosphere and the location very centrally next to the Tschuggen Ost valley station.

The burger wasn't very good but great ambience!

We have always had extremely courteous and nice service, even our child sometimes gets a “free” Babyccino; )) only the boss sometimes seems a bit stressed, but that's understandable given the high frequencies. Great place for a cozy drink or something to eat. A visit to Arosa without a visit to the Guteaschuppen is out of the question. Whether in the cozy launch by the fireplace or with a view of Lake Obersee, you can always linger here. In the season it is worth making a reservation.

Gueterschuppen is the #1 place to be in Arosa. Marc, Ramon, Lydia, Jakub and the rest of the staff are very attentive and friendly. It’s world class service, and you notice it. I love this place and the people. PS: Go for a Smokey Negroni! ☃️

We have known the Güterschuppen for a long time and eat here several times a year. The food is great and the atmosphere is really great BUT unfortunately we didn't have a very great experience with the service. We were there about a month ago and had a table from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. it was our turn to have our dessert when the waiter stood behind us and started talking about us, that we were very... difficult because we would eat so slowly! I was very horrified because I had never experienced anything like that. Then we ordered the bill and had already paid everything, but at exactly 8 p.m. the same waiter came by again and said we had to leave now, even though there were 5 other free tables. I understand that you can't stay too long, but you should allow some time between sessions where people have enough time to leave slowly without being rushed out of the restaurant. This weekend we wanted to have lunch again at the Güterschuppen and asked for a table with the same waiter. Unfortunately there was no space, but even when I asked how long do we have to wait because we don't mind waiting, he was very unfriendly and sent us out again and didn't give me an answer. I work in service myself and would never treat a customer like that and I think it's a real shame because the rest of the service team is super nice and friendly and we actually love the restaurant, but you don't want to go there like that anymore.

Great cocktails and drinks, the bartender is really great. Vegetable tagine is sensationally aromatic and recommended if you like veggies. Thank you and gladly again

We were there in the afternoon for coffee and dessert. The cappuccino was delicious with nice latte art. We also had a chocolate mousse. For the price of just under CHF 20 we definitely expected more. It was beautifully presented on the plate, but you almost had to look for it. The atmosphere is great with an industrial look. Maybe a little loud. The service was attentive and everything happened very quickly.

We are always amazed by the special atmosphere in the goods shed. The bar area with the immensely large fireplace is very cozy. The dining area is simple but beautiful. The food is always excellent. We eat at the Güterschuppen every time we are in Arosa. Recommended and definitely reserve in advance.

Homemade spaghetti and gnocchi were bland. Unfortunately. Service employees had too much to do. Asked for the invoice 3 times/forgot to return the money and bring it back would be a plus. Come on... Pity .

Nice restaurant with a good atmosphere. The huge fireplace around which you sit in a lounge area also contributes to this. And the food is completely okay too.

Whilst it was one of the many recommendations from our hotel, alas - we didn’t go with theirs and did our own research instead. Güterschuppen came up as highly rated and we had to check it out for ourselves. For our last night in Arosa we dined here after being in town for two weeks. We did make our reservation well in advance knowing all restaurants do get booked up post-Christmas - what with vacationers coming in hordes. It’s not our first time in Arosa but our umpteenth time, so we know what is the deal with the holidays. Honestly, we weren’t expecting much (if at all) and lo and behold, we were utterly surprised. The service won us over, so did the ambience/atmosphere, spacious interiors, high ceilings, and of course - the food. Despite how busy they were, the staff from the kitchen to the bar to the waiters all had it down to a science and operated like a well-oiled machine. We loved the host, whom was so accommodating and not only that - addressed us with kindness, courtesy, professionalism and fun. In addition, he was simply a delight. He wouldn’t even serve our table for the main course until I arrived back to the table from taking a break and led me to our table from outside while saying dinner is ready. Honestly, what a gentleman. He along with our waiter ensured our food was still hot off the press. Okay, onto the food - the salad was not to be overlooked (it was my uttermost ideal) and I have to remake this at home. It’s everything I’ve always envisioned and they brought it to life! How? Did you read my mind?! Just kidding. The Dijon chateaubriand was so much better than we’ve anticipated it to be, and while for two people - it was enough (and we came with empty stomachs). A minor tweak would’ve been ein bisschen weniger salz and while it’s our preference, we are aware it’s not everyone else’s. Nevertheless, it was tasty and we licked every morsel off our plate. Okay, the fries in Arosa, in Switzerland, in Europe in general - are simply better than ours. Once in a blue moon would I encounter the ideal fries to our liking but here in Güterschuppen and elsewhere locally - it’s just plain awesome. What can I say? They know their fries. Even the Swiss wines are so tasty and I’m a huge fan of Weißweine so I had to take advantage of theirs on the daily as I can’t get them back home. While it truly was unnecessary but nevertheless a kind gesture, the host felt apologetic due to tight quarters with our table and gave us each a shot. Truly, we felt blessed to be in such welcoming environment and with such lovely folks - that was simply enough but nevertheless, thank you for taking such great care of us from the beginning to the end. As for the decor, what can I say? Splendid, it’s right up our alley and if correct - it’s in the old train station which they made into a cavernous, modern space with a to-die-for fireplace. Also, I guess it must’ve been my place without realizing until the end when they played three of my songs - so I’m always down for that. All in all, it was 4.5 as we didn’t experience the entire menu but who cares? I’m feeling generous, they might as well deserve 5. When in Arosa, you bet your bippy we’ll be back in Güterschuppen! 👌🌟

I stayed in Arosa for 2 nights over the holidays and went to the goods shed 4 times. (2 times for breakfast and 2 times for dinner) It was always soooo great!!! I couldn't have asked for a better meal for Christmas. Super tasty, great service, great atmosphere...thank you so much for that. As soon as I'm back in Arosa, I'll definitely come back.

I have been a loyal customer for four winter seasons in a row, but today's service was disappointing. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I explicitly mentioned that we were a party of 10 only having drinks. Unfortunately, the grey-short haired male waiter was extremely rude. He threw the menu on the table, rolled his eyes, and spoke negatively about us in German as he assumed we would not understand the language. This was an extremely unpleasant experience. It was an unacceptable experience for a place that demands a premium for its location and price. Even though I’m a loyal customer, I do not think I’ll return any time soon.

Absolutely fantastic! It is a wonderful mix of a café, bar and restaurant. I've been here a couple of times. Cooks and waitresses/waiters are lovely. Dinner is a little pricy with rather small portions. But the (vegetarian/vegan) food is various and very tasteful! It's a blessing that the cozy mountain village Arosa has such a great place in this fantastic building right next to the lake! I'm coming here every time I visit Arosa.

Great atmosphere, great service & delicious food. The Negroni as an aperitif was very well done. We really enjoyed the pumpkin soup and the leaf salad as starters. The deer strogonoff was sensational! The tart for dessert was great & the espresso was wow. We would like to come again.

Mega cool location, nice, friendly staff. The food is super good. They have a small but nice menu, good aperitif drinks and a good wine list. It's worth eating there even if the price is a little higher.

Location and the vibes that come with it are great; menu is “off the beaten Swiss track” which is very welcome ; coffee latte is bitter, the salad was garnished with some really yuckee-looking and zero-taste gel and the vegi way too crunchy ( needs a steak-knive to cut through the salad…) Come again : probably for drinks only.

I have been visiting Goods Shed since the day it opened and have NEVER been disappointed. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is inviting and cozy and the staff is simply familiar and friendly! The location has awakened Arosa from its culinary “hibernation”. My conclusion: definitely visit
