Magnificent places to discover Valais wines and dishes (I recommend the Valais planchette). The welcome, the atmosphere and the service are impeccable. The place is very cozy and comfortable with a subdued atmosphere in the evening. I also spent a unique moment in the cigar lounge (after 2 hours my clothes didn't even smell of smoke). The best address in Sion for people who like to drink and eat!

I came also once in the evening on weekends and that was crowdie but still cool ! Terrace is just so nice and the view on the castle is fantastic. Service is perfect very kind & professional waiters and waitresses. I did not tasted the food but they offer a range of tapas which looks really good. The Wine now ! because that is also why I came here. I tasted the "Assemblage Hangar 41" which is 80% "Petite Arvigne "and 20% "Paien", must say that it is a really good one! I recommend because in plus the Label on the bottle has been specially designed for the Hangar 41 and it looks exactly like the place! And such a nice place ! They also organise lots of Events with Thema which give a +. On the 31st October, they will have their 6th Anniversary and I wish them many more ! Definitively a place to visit !

Stopped by for afternoon drink on a Tuesday and had a pleasant experience. Went for the blonde beer which promptly served and the staff were very accommodating. The entire atmosphere overall was very relaxing and warm - being a non-smoker i didn't use the cigar lounge but there were absolutely no odours seeping or infiltrating through to the main bar area. I can imagine weekends and nights would make for a very lovely atmosphere and hope to return during these periods soon!
