Burger meat is more lean and dry. Else the burger would have been nice.

The food delicious. Unfortunately too small for a man. The sweet potatoes were amazing. Unfortunately not so child-friendly. Had to sit at the entrance because of the stroller even though I said we could fold the stroller and it burst under the table. (The children were too distracted with so many bells running around). In addition, the two gentlemen (waiters, especially the one with longer hair) gossiped and complained about another couple who were there with children, whose child (approx. 9 months) ended up partially on the floor, which the parents generously removed. That's not possible, especially in front of the customers! Burger top. Price goes like this.

My partner was hungry and wanted to eat a salad with me. We ordered a salad with mushrooms and a great Cesar sauce, which was really great. We'd love to come back. Update: visited the restaurant again today. It was very full and it took a while until we received the dishes we ordered: Federvieh and Bravur. Employees are very nice and listen carefully. It was OK. The restaurant has a great interior and is very clean.

The burgers are really awesome! The restaurant is also very nice and inviting. We went as a group, three of us were early and ordered drinks. We waited a full quarter of an hour for our drinks, far too long! The service in general at this location isn't really that great, and the waitress almost asked for a tip when I didn't want to give one - sorry, but I don't pay a tip for marginal service. The avocado fries are a complete rip off. Ask for 15.50 CHF for a portion of regular fries with a dollop of quacamole and half a cherry tomato. Overall it's a great restaurant, but the service is very disappointing.

Delivery time far too long 2 hours

Failed to get a place for the second time. All tables reserved, few guests and no service staff to pick you up at the entrance.

Overall, the food at Hans Im Glück was okay. Unfortunately the burger was cold, which detracted from the taste experience. The fries, on the other hand, were delicious and enhanced the visit. The drink served its purpose and quenched the thirst, as they promise. Overall, an improved temperature of the food would have been appreciated, but the fries and drink somewhat saved the visit.

The burgers are average, not fresh, frozen products and canned goods are used here. There are only 4 different sauces in the entire store that you have to put on the burger yourself. If you order additional drinks it quickly becomes expensive, but the service is very friendly. Conclusion, poor price-performance ratio, far too expensive for what you get.

Even though we hadn't made a reservation, we got a table within 15 minutes and this was at peak times. We were also served quickly and well when we arrived. The food was great 😊

It was very tasty, the vegetarian options were also great! The layout of the restaurant is cool. Service personnel should be better trained. Changing table is missing.

We ordered via ubereats. The food arrived completely wrong. We ordered 2 salads and fries. We received 1 other fries and burgers. On the phone we were told that our order was still there and that we had to pick it up ourselves as they couldn't send a driver out. Or we should complain about it to UberEats They knew immediately what we received, but no one made any effort to contact the driver and reverse it.

Food really very good. Coffee below average. Why can't you just sit somewhere, what's the point??? There are reservation signs everywhere, you are assigned, even at 11:00 when the restaurant is completely empty, a joke...

Not for us. Food average, sauces vegan even the mayo.. so full of thickener. Waiter buts knees on benches, and isn’t welcoming. Lady taking us in and placed us was friendly, saved everything. The bald waiter and the waiter with glasses definitely had their worst day ever or are in the wrong job. It’s not just carrying plates guys. Ordered coleslaw suggested by him but got a regular salad somehow

The two of us had lunch at Hans im Glück. The atmosphere was very cozy. However, the salad we ordered was very soggy. Not according to our expectations. The burger was O.K. The café, on the other hand, tasted terrible. The only + point were the fries, which were quite well seasoned. We will still avoid the restaurant.

Really beautifully done. The special burgers, also vegetarian, are very tasty. Fries with skin on, crispy and well seasoned. 4 different sauces on the table. Salad punch looked appealing. Completely successful ‼️

The manager was vey very rude. We wanted to move to one of the many empty tables with a bench that has back for the convenience of my mother. Not only she refused, she interrupted me and also left in the middle of the conversation while trying to explain her the reason. Not going again.

Very special atmosphere. We were allowed to sit on a swing. Fun idea. The food was great. The meat from the burger was juicy and the sauce was very good. You can choose your own bun. Fries are homemade and have a wide shape. All in all, price performance is good. The staff was very friendly.

We almost all know Hans in the Lucky Switzerland. This is the best in service, friendliness and quality. We'll be happy when the terrace is finished. Keep it up👍👍👍 Have been here 5 times now, consistently very good quality and service. Here we go again, the terrace has become beautiful. Unfortunately the menu prices are 10% higher over lunch. Inflation in CH was only 3.5%. At least I hope that they pay the employees higher wages, then the increase would be okay. Quality and service were again very good. Even if Hans is said to have happily separated from Mr. Limmer, who is close to the AFD, an uneasy feeling remains.

The service was friendly and quick, but the quality of the food did not match the price. The cocktail sauce in the burger was barely noticeable, the cheese wasn't melted properly because the burger was too cold, as were the sweet potato fries. Regrettable.

Food is very good. Same quality as in the other locations. Very crowded in the evening. Unfortunately, it often takes a long time before an order can be placed. The food is then brought to the table very quickly.

The concept wouldn't be bad in principle, but unfortunately it's a very boring process until you finally get the food you ordered. 😩🤔 To make matters worse, unfortunately the meat of all three guests was fried to death, so it was dry and, above all, all the burgers were no longer really warm.

I liked everything, very kind and everything very good

I was first time at Hans im Glück and it was very delicious. The burger was little bit juicy and it was perfect spiced. I took Goldschmelz with normal fries and corn bread. It was perfect, better than Butcher. For this quality it isn't expensive and cocktails are also good. Recommended!

We had lunch there and my husband and I both vomited that evening. Since we didn't eat anything else, unfortunately it could only be the burger (meat). That's why we're never leaving again! It was the icing on the cake because we waited about an hour for food...

Moskito non-alcoholic is delicious, but for me it's expensive at 12Fr. I ordered chips and thought they would be homemade for 6.50Fr. Unfortunately they were just bought ones that didn't taste good...

The reception was very nice. We were quickly seated at the table. We ordered our food and drinks and then…waited and waited. The drinks came after 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes we politely asked when the food would be served. Unfortunately the food still wasn't there after 45 minutes. When we had to leave because we were going to the cinema, the boss asked us “what the problem was” and whether we “wanted to take the burgers with us or whether the kitchen should throw them away”. In other HiG branches you get your food after 5-10 minutes. The general service staff was friendly, but the kitchen/drinks counter seemed disorganized and/or overwhelmed to me.

The burger definitely tastes very good. You have to go to a burger joint to get a burger like this. You can taste the quality of the individual ingredients. You won't find a "cheap" American Cheddar like you'd find in mc's here. Although I especially like it on burgers😶‍🌫️. The fries were also good although they were a little light for my taste. But two things bothered me a little: 1. The automatic sliding door to the outside that opens and closes every minute. In our place it felt like 5 degrees every time we opened it. 2. The restaurant was very busy. And you notice that when you eat too. We were only able to change the place to a place that wasn't so windy with a bit of discussion, even though 2-3 tables had just become free😪. But that only affected one employee. The rest were super friendly! What I also thought was great: the sauces! They were already filled into tubes and were already on the table. I usually don't like it because everyone leaves their mark with greasy fingers 🤢But here they were spotlessly clean like they came from the store. The sauces also taste homemade and particularly delicious✨ Can other restaurants copy something from that👍

It was just a lot going on, understandable given this great restaurant. I can highly recommend Zeitgeist, Goldstückchen and the salad with nut dressing. Absolutely delicious food!

Ambiance is nice, but service is very bad. You have to wait forever until someone notices that there are guests or that they want to order something again.

Sundays, dinner at 6 p.m. 4 people. Rest about half full. Didn't reserve. Long discussion about which table is available. Reserved cards on all tables. We get a small table although the larger tables we reserved all remain empty until we leave at 7:15 p.m. All the food was very good except for our grandson's chicken schnitzel. Was inedible. Little space at the tables as there is a lot of material on them. Service friendly and helpful with the selection. Overall recommended.

Looks good from the store, burgers are ok, meat is a ready-made patty that was well fried and therefore very tough, the mushrooms were hardly seasoned, sweet potato fries were good, unfortunately you wait a long time for a service employee to come or you have to they call. Sorry but it doesn't seem to blow me away any more than it seems to me.

Already been to various locations in Switzerland. Always very nice! This time at the Spreitenbach location. The young woman who served me was extremely friendly and accommodating. She always had the situation under control and had a great overview of the guests! This makes visiting you really fun. Food was great and the new Zyrup drink tasted wonderful! Will definitely come back!

Meat cold ( ask for well cooked ) truffle french fries tastes like mushed potatoes ( not crunchy at all ) if i didn't order extra mushrooms i wouldn't know they wore with truffles...rucola looked like rabbit food...ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE BIER!! Stay away from this place...Espresso terrible ( Altersheim like ) Menu trick quite cheap ...even the host had my opinion... AT the end of the meal I was offered a JETON...which of course i declined !!!! very poor !!

We've eaten there several times and yes, the food tastes good. Aaaaabut most of the employees are very, very unfriendly and inattentive. You have to constantly wait and wave at the front until you are even noticed. Employees simply walk past you. A slim young woman (possibly the service manager) is excessively rude and shows no respect towards customers. We sat down, she saw us 2-3 times and just walked past us. I work in sales myself and for us the customer is king. I don't understand how you can represent something like that from a business perspective. I think some people forget that the customer pays the wages. One thing is clear to me: never again Hans in Glück Spreitenbach! It's actually a shame that some employees ruin a company like that. But you have to know this. PS: Your automated answers to the references don't make this any better!

Hello everyone. The food was A1 and I would love to come back. I find the service people very friendly, I just had a problem with the boss. She was very unfriendly when I asked her about the lack of food. I'm a bit grateful that the service ironed out the manager's mistakes. I think the boss should no longer be allowed into service. The food. itself was very good. Unfortunately, not everything that was ordered arrived. When you asked the boss about it while paying, she reacted very unfriendly and annoyed. The service also leaves a lot to be desired, you could never call the employees, they didn't listen.

The food was solid, as always. But what was not okay at all was the behavior of the service manager Claudia (name was given to us by another employee). In front of all the guests, she criticized an employee in an extremely unprofessional and demeaning way. The young gentleman seemed to have made a mistake when allocating the table when Claudia flipped him the bird and said "Are you actually stupid?" shouted - at a volume that some guests probably heard. Mistakes happen and criticism can also be given constructively - but calling your employee stupid in front of guests is impossible.

Bread & meat a bit dry and bland, service friendly. Ambience very nice! All in all, ok if you want to eat something quickly. However, we would be less likely to make a special trip to Spreitenbach to Hans im Glück just to eat.

I've been to Hans im Glück in the Shoppi three times recently and the service was great every time. The food was always very tasty. Once there was disinfectant in the soap dispenser instead of soap in the bathroom, I told the service team and they quickly took care of it.

Very rude staff working in reception, tables were empty and he refused to let us in! Never come to this restaurant again!

As usual, super great ambience as you would expect from this restaurant chain! You feel a little like you are in a birch forest. The burgers, fries and drinks were very tasty, the Linzertörtli was even served warm. The cappuccino was fine, but the espresso was watery and not good. The staff is dressed completely individually and is therefore not easy to identify.

The food is "meh", not bad but not outstandingly amazing. The restaurant isn't really full but they pack it with as many tables as possible, it's quite uncomfortable sitting so cramped when there is a lot of space but they use it to put more tables. So it's not comfortable. The waitresses are not very friendly, they keep a close eye on everyone so at least they are always there to take orders. But very rude people in general.

Very disappointing service. I like Hans im Glück a lot, but I'll prefer to go to the restaurant in Winterthur in the future. At first we waited about 20 minutes until we could order, but only after my girlfriend waved 10 times and ran to the service staff twice to be able to order. Afterwards the food was delivered, but a salad we ordered was not brought. Then we asked if we could still get the salad. But it was never brought. :') We also had to request an invoice twice. The food was tasty, but I couldn't really enjoy it. Service was very disappointing in Spreitenbach. Overwhelmed and very inattentive.

I would like to go back there, unfortunately the composition of my favorite salad "bravur" has recently been changed. The taste is very different from the original, different sauce, different ingredients - it's a pity.

The bacon in the meat was tough and had gristle on it. Meat in the burger was tasteless and tough. Fries were dry and had hardly any salt. Cheapest kind of salad... Mushrooms in the burger smelled disgusting and didn't seem fresh. Atmosphere nice and original but seating uncomfortable..

Cool ambience, very friendly service and lunch menus are inexpensive in a combo. It's a shame that you have to pay extra for a piece of cheese. Otherwise tip top! The service was very nice and helped us find the right drinks.

The burgers are great as always😍. I like going there because you can put the burgers together yourself. Is highly recommended if you don't want a standard burger.

I ate there today, July 29th, and ordered a classic burger (beef). It was pure horror! The meat was 100% not good!!! The meat smelled and tasted spoiled! I told the staff, there was no response or action! You gave me real food poisoning and I had to pay for it! Service also very weak! We called about 4 times to pay. Either we were ignored or we ended up waiting 40 minutes for an invoice. TOO BAD!

Unfortunately, drinks glasses are only 80% filled with ice. But the ambience is great. I can't say anything about the food because I haven't eaten there yet.
