Shopping-Raststätte A1Toilets a disaster! Even though you have eaten in the restaurant, you have to pay, regardless of whether it is 1 franc or 0.50 centimes. Children are allowed in for free, but as adults you have to pay even if you don't have to use the toilet yourself. Payment via Twint is not possible, you have to connect it to WiFi etc. first. Complicated, unnecessary...it's also a shame about the staff who have to stand there. My son ended up having to go alone because I couldn't pay via Twint and my wallet was with my husband. The toilet should at least be free after consumption in the restaurant.
