The club staff is very helpful and nice. Very cool music and delicious cocktails. But the pizza man makes the best pizza in Basel and he is also very handsome and personable for his age. Overall 5/5.

We wanted to go to a techno event back home last Friday. We were excited about the location and were really looking forward to the rave. When I showed my ticket, which I bought online, the bouncer said that I wouldn't be allowed in because I was too old, the age limit was 30. He then asked the age of my companions, who also had online tickets, and whether they were significantly older than 30 (perhaps he thought that if they were just a little older, they would leave me standing outside and celebrate inside? 🤔) Item, I am a guest and of course I accept the rules set by the operator/host. What I don't accept is that people sell tickets, without an upper age limit that I can see, take the money and then turn you away! The club naturally describes itself as LGTBQA+ friendly and that no exclusions will be tolerated… We are all very experienced at the club and knew how to help each other afterwards. Of course, later that evening we described our experience to others; several people (including people much younger than us!) said that something like this had already happened to them back home...🤷🏻‍♀️🙄🤔 Oh well; I now hope that the operator does not respond to this criticism in such a cheeky and undifferentiated manner as to other non-positive comments! We would have liked to refund the money for the three tickets (without pointing out that the homeland has nothing to do with ticket sales and that we should contact Eventfrog (or wherever)! I also don't want to read that my hometown had nothing to do with it because it was an external event! Quite funny how they label themselves a club but are legally prohibited (they dont have the approval of the government) to be louder than +80db. In one Instance the bumper didnt let me go outside to smoke a cigarette, even gave me the hint to smoke inside on the dancefloor, where smoking is prohibited. Me and my friends had to wait 10+ minutes to be able to smoke a cigarette. Definitely one of the worst "clubs" in Basel.

Was at the party on 4/3/23. Good music, nice staff. Security is strict but fair :).The cocktails are finely mixed. There was a great, almost family atmosphere at the party. So far nothing to complain about :) We'd love to come back
