Comfortably furnished, with great attention to detail. Very friendly hostesses, good, hearty food.

I was surprised by this place to be honest. They had simple food but it was perfect for a relaxing lunch. And I have to say congratulations for the cleanliness, the tables were perfectly set and clean. As well as the bathrooms 👌💯

Stopped for lunch during our Rigi hike. The service was fast and the lady serving us was nice. The soup of the day was too salty and it tasted like the soups from sachets that you can buy in the grocery store. The tiramisu tasted nothing like tiramisu, it was a nice cake but I wouldn’t classify it as a tiramisu. Other than that, the food was ok. The restaurant also doesn’t accept cards, only cash and Twint.

I was too early for a train to Arth-Goldau and went to this place which is ca.10 minutes from the train station (when walking fast - the road is quite steep, so allow yourself more time if needed). So the glass of beer is perfect then. Nice place.

Great place that’s worth a detour! We were doing the Rigi Panorama Trail when we got hungry and wanted to go for food. We read the reviews of this place and they were really good, so we made a small 10mins detour for it. It was worth it! The staff was really friendly and the food was great! They had schnitzels, pork steaks, chicken breast, soups, etc. Also a lot of cold platters. Be careful that cards are not accepted, only cash and TWINT (but they said that they prefer cash). Would definitely come here again!
