Today we went to the Hofbeiz for an aperitif with my mother and her brother, who lives in Italy. As always, whether eating or drinking, we were served very nicely and the prices were also moderate. We will pass by the beautiful restaurant with our small hiking group soon.

From the beginning we didn't feel welcome. Very unfriendly hostess, shouts all the time, makes you feel absolutely unwelcome. Nothing in the previous agreements was adhered to (e.g. opening times for us), instead of a closed party (which was also discussed!), in addition to my mother's birthday party (at least 30 people were invited), external guests wanted to come in until 6 p.m let. Partially filled wine glasses were constantly being put away in front of us, very unfriendly comments from the hostess and so on... at 12:30 a.m. we were told (despite a different agreement) that we had to "throw our guests out" and tidy everything up because they were off work do.... turned the already quiet music even quieter after 12:00 p.m., the gas bottle in the heat mushroom in the awning was empty at almost 8:00 p.m. - it wasn't replaced either. We are really disappointed - it would have been such a great party if we hadn't been to the Hofbeiz... never again. It's just a shame that you behave so unfriendly, even though the evening was more than lucrative for you! Unfortunately, not everyone is born with friendliness.
