In addition, bread made by hand with ancient wheat containing non-industrial gluten which is suitable for people suffering from gluten. Still normal old-fashioned bread. They are a successful family business and make excellent bread and impeccable service.

This baker gained attention because he grinds grain, particularly einkorn called "spelt", and makes his sourdough. He was one of the subjects of a video report “Les maîtres du pain” produced by Eric Bacos in 2020 and broadcast by the French channel “La 5”.

I always come back there for the einkorn bread and the kindness of the saleswomen!
