Fast service, friendly staff, the food is very good (the fries are so good), the food comes from Switzerland and you can drink various syrups as you wish. Honestly, apart from the price which is a little high for my taste (I'm not saying that it's not justified), I don't have any other negative points to say. Hoping he stays in Delémont.

The shepherds' meat is a little thick and not very tasty...dry...the chips are good, the service and friendliness of the employees is very good

I have never eaten a hamburger of this quality, not to mention the succulent fries.

The last two times I visited the restaurant we each time received 3 orders out of 4 and the last one arrived 15 minutes later. I think that this is really not a way to serve customers in a restaurant. Ashamed!

Came to discover this chain this afternoon about which I knew nothing, I had a pleasant surprise. Very friendly welcome from the staff, order taken at the counter directly at the entrance, for a service which followed within 5 minutes. A little disappointment for me with the spicy burger which was very light in terms of pepper, the waitress kindly offered me an extra fries, but the portion being more than sufficient I refused! And to indicate to be spicy next time when ordering! Some very nice IPA beers, affordable prices.

40% more expensive than at MC do, lacked a little sauce for my taste, fries and drink at the top especially herbal tea, I left and I was no longer hungry not like the competition, I will go back there

The meat for both of us wasn't cooked properly, avocado isn't fresh but industrial puree and the meat was also mushy. It's a shame, I remember it well in Zurich

New concept for Delémont, as no competitor around is doing well and busy. As service is on average, food is ok but can be better, price is acceptable… As well known worldwide, best soft drink with a burger is “Coca Cola” which is not on his drinks menu… recommended to try it and later on will be your decision…..

Really a shame because the bread and fries are excellent The service is correct so why put inedible meat with a 3rd choice appearance (compact), it's easy to make a quality steak, I would have undoubtedly given 4-5 stars if that was the case

Very pleasant and well decorated restaurant, they have a good choice of vegetarian dishes but no vegan options. However, the waitress was very attentive and offered me a suitable 100% plant-based dish. I hope that the brand will get up to date and soon add a vegan dish to the menu, in 2023 I will no longer give 5 stars when there is not at least one.

I had an Elvis Blue Chesse Burger on the menu with a lager. The food itself is technically right for the price and performance. The burger was very good and there is nothing to complain about. What I have to complain about are the fries, which were dry without any dip. The lager was very fruity and atypical for a lager but I thought it was very good.

The place is very well located in a pedestrian zone opposite the station, the staff are particularly friendly and welcoming and the cuisine has never disappointed me in a Holly Cow.

It was our first time at the Gourmet Burger... Since I wasn't that hungry, I only had 1 portion of french fries, but it was very plentiful and I was full... We'll definitely be back and will also try the burgers... The French fries were really tasty... The staff is super friendly and also very helpful... The gourmet burger restaurant is right next to Delemont train station... You can get there in just a few minutes on foot...

I've been there twice each time I ask for no onion and no bacon, I got some each time. I think the problem is in the kitchen because the servers are top notch!

The manager is just adorable. There were 3 of us vegans out and about and he came to chat with us about how to improve. He really took the time. He didn't just pretend.

From the presentation to the stomach everything was successful, the bread light, the meat cooked juicy and the fries excellent. The only weak point is taking orders, too many people in front of the entrance you would have to use the side door as an entrance and the middle one as an exit. THANKS

First time I've been to a holy cow and I'm dazzled by the good quality👍🏼 frankly the best👌🏼 -Quick wait 3 min. -Excellent quality that challenges BK and McDonald's. -Price is respect them in relation to the quality -very well located for people on foot and for cars, you have to hope to be lucky to find a park within 2-3 minutes on foot. Already been able to taste their burgers in Sion and frankly it was excellent, it's good news to see them arriving in Jura.
