Student prices are good. Food is good. Patty is a bit strange but it’s not bad. Fries are always amazing

Very good, fast service, good atmosphere. I recommend taking the syrups from the menu to be able to taste different ones and above all drink unlimited rather than buying a drink that you can find anywhere else. The only downside is the toilets, they are in a sort of cellar and the urinals in the men's toilets do not allow any privacy...

It is regrettable to share such a disappointing experience, but it is essential to highlight the disappointment experienced during my last visit to your establishment. My girlfriend and I had come with the intention of enjoying a delicious burger, however, the evening took an unexpected and unpleasant turn. Unfortunately, after enjoying a burger, my girlfriend quickly suffered from stomach aches, nausea and vomiting following our return home. The symptoms strongly suggested a suspicion of spoiled meat. What would have been enough to ruin our evening took an even more unpleasant turn when the next day I experienced the same symptoms, but more severely. Adding to my initial disappointment, I would like to point out another aspect that contributed to our negative experience. In addition to the meat quality issues, we also noticed that the burger bun was unusually cold. This unexpected temperature greatly affected our enjoyment of the meal, adding an additional element of unpleasantness to an evening that should have been pleasant. The combination of the potentially unfresh meat with the cold bread created an unsatisfying dining experience and added to our overall disappointment. We strongly believe in the importance of fresh ingredients and proper preparation to ensure a positive customer experience. In short, don't go there if you have a strong stomach.

Holly Cow is amazing as always. They use real swiss meat, tey have student menues and I prefer it over 5 Guys, MC or other similar brands. This one is at EPFL campus which gives it a really nicw youth wibe.

Too many times my order has been messed up. When asking for a fix, the employees staring at you like it's your fault. It seems to be a recurring theme. Years ago the burger was good and the meat was quality, but as noted by most, it tastes of bad chorizo sausage nowadays. I think holy cow is over for me as the disappointment simply grows.

At the end of the year, it is important to me to salute and recognize the professionals who have been there for me during these four seasons. Also, sometimes it is the most "natural" services that we risk forgetting, so there is a team always faithful to the position, to whom I would like to pay tribute. This team is that of Fruzsina, whose smile welcomes us, just below the large card, to the making with that of her colleague Marie. It is also that of the attentive and patient cashiers, Mael and Redha, always having a kind word when sending us the receipt; while Jérémie and his colleagues at the grill prepare the products hot and always cooked perfectly under the friendly supervision of Jack, Clody and Pedro (always available in case of questions, despite the rush). This post would be incomplete if it didn't mention Sam, at the bar, always smiling and friendly, a true pillar of the team. But let's not forget those who are no longer there and those who started recently and whom we don't know yet. A big thank you to the entire Team! It's always a pleasure!

I would not recommend this place. High price for a long waiting time for below average burgers that taste like processed sausage meat. After seeing the cooks touch their mobile phone and then touch the raw burger meat is what broke it for me. I had to return my order, and for sure will not come here again.

Very welcoming local with the possibility of having a draft beer, you breathe the atmosphere of the university. tasty hamburgher ( I only tasted big beef and big cheese for the moment) the student menu is quite affordable and the chips are super 😋. Very friendly staff.

With all honestly the staff is just a bunch of arrogant people. Even when they are in the wrong they get angry at you when you’re trying to be nice. This is not something that should be happening in a restaurant. The staff really brought the whole place down.

Order on Uber eats 2 big cheese menu. The delivery man arrived late with an open envelope: without 1 complete menu, sauces and completely cold. It is not possible to contact the restaurant or the deliveryman himself. We had no assistance and remained without dinner. Terrible service. We would have gladly waited for another sandwich in the evening but it was not possible to contact anyone. We were not even offered a refund by Uber. Not recommended!!!!

3 fries on the menu, forgetting 3 sauces and an ice cream when ordering to take away. Apparently the staff is unable to correctly read an order with 5 lines of text. Impossible to reach by phone, the answering machine message dates from covid. It's absurd to have so much incompetence in Switzerland.

Really very disappointed, I enjoyed holy cow But the quality is no longer there. For a fast food that claims to be moving towards quality and upscale I find it distressing to have to replace the meat with poor quality “sausage taste” steak mixers.

Quality had nosedived from good quality local ground beef to "McDonalds style: probably was once part of a cow". McDos at a premium. Chips are ok.

The burgers are giant and made to order quickly. Toppings are fresh. The bread is great. The best part is the fries. Wow. The fries are dangerously delicious. The menu price is a bit high for the quality of the meat which is the most important part of a burger imo. 3.5 star meat but I give the resto 4 stars

It's not what it was before. We were served unlimited fries, welcomed, etc. (Well, what was it... 6 years ago?) Now the prices have increased, the portions are smaller, the cheese in the burger is served in a homeopathic dose, and we have the impression of disturbing when we come to consume... The classic story of franchises that no longer remember what made them successful.

The food is objectively good, the atmosphere is cool, there’s a lot of young people hanging out, so if you’re looking for a quite place, I don’t think it’s the best choice. The food arrived so fast, like not even 5 minutes. Prices are high, but if you have discount is good. Although I enjoyed the burger, there was no indication for the ginza chicken burger that said there was ginger inside… so that’s for me -1 point. Another point is taken for the fact that my friend got sick all night after eating here…

The burger was excellent and the service was impeccable. There's not much to complain about, except that for a burger, fries and a drink you'll pay around 25 francs. Condiments such as mayonnaise and ketchup are unlimited. The interior is clean and the terrace is very spacious. I highly recommend this place for a quick lunch.

The place is nice and close to EPFL. The fries are excellent but the burger steaks are horrible. An impression of eating mousse or dog food, worthy of a steak composed of 99% fat. So burgers are to be avoided. Sad to say for a burger restaurant.

This is a fast burger restaurant that many people find easy to visit. We visited Holy Cow at EPFL in Lausanne at the end of August 2022. Not only does it have student fare on the menu, but it's also easily accessible from the subway platforms and has plenty of seating. The ingredients are also very Swiss, so it's a good choice for those who want to eat Swiss fast food. Most of the customers were students and teenagers. It was a little too noisy. We wanted to eat on the terrace as it is nice in summer, but unfortunately there were a lot of wasps and we sat inside. The interior of the restaurant is charming.

We were served by Oceano and I would like to congratulate him for his professionalism and his great kindness. He cares a lot about his customers and this skill is rare these days. Worthy of a Holy Cow, generally very fast despite the crowd, the layout is not necessarily the best for midday meals in rainy weather, but in the evening in mode it must be really great! I'd rather go there to get takeaway if it's not early in the evening.

If your aim is to eat real quality food... Wether you are craving for a salad or a burger: this is THE place ! And the staff is as good and professional as the food!

I have been going to Holy Cow at EPFL for years and I must say that I have always been well served and my meals always met my expectations. However today I had to wait 50 minutes for my burger after placing my order. To receive it, I had to speak to three members of the staff, who each in turn confirmed to me that my order would arrive. I received it after a much too long delay (50 minutes compared to 5 minutes normally). The employees were under pressure because there were a lot of customers and therefore orders. I sincerely think that it was not directly their fault and that it was the general organization that left something to be desired. However, I can only be disappointed by this experience and I don't think I will return to a Holy Cow anytime soon.

This burger place is just outside the EPFL metro stop. It is accessible by wheelchair. This hamburger place serves average better hamburgers. The french fries are cooked in place and are chubby. The personnel is very friendly and helpful and also speaks English. If needed. I can very much recommend this place for a fast meal. I will probably return here sometimes.

We really like this restaurant because the staff is very friendly, especially the cooks who you can see at work. Being vegetarian and vegan. we would be interested in a choice of burgers that included an element of Beyond Meat or similar.

The burger does not taste good. Too dry and using wrong cut of the beef. Not chuck or ribeye. The side dish is ok and the Salad is lack of protein. The bun is not properly heated or grilled, they are still cold.

I was intrigued by how fast they were serving the burgers, but realized that they kind of just warm them up instead of cooking them from scratch? I started eating the moment I got the burgers and they were barely warm. Do not be fooled by the fanciness, avoid if you can.

I love holy cow but 35 minutes wait in front of the counter when there is no one..... In the end, my internet order 21273 on 08082022 was cold burgers, cold fries, and missing icecreams, and obviously no apologies next time AVOID THIS LOCATION drive to Lausanne.

For a reasonable price, they offer good quality burgers with high quality fries and a wide range of choice. If you are hungry my recommendation would be Mexican Berger, else a mini burger will suit you well.

Very friendly place, and actually the only thing open late, even during the week-end. Burgers are not the best ever, but still very good, and the price is decent for Switzerland. Very fast and agreeable preparation and service. Definitely a staple of EPFL night life.

Nice place to get a very good hamburger and french fries. Prices about 20 chf for a complete menu with fries, hamburger and beverage, so not that expensive considering the swiss prices Near the EPFL university and the metro station As a fast food, strongly suggested.
