Hooters in Interlaken

Consistent as always. That speaks for it. It's always an experience.

It simply belongs to Interlaken, it would be a shame if it disappeared. Worth a visit once a year.

Food, ambience and service are average at best, prices are very high. Have waited a long time.

The hamburgers are really great and the ingredients are fresh, and of course the service is typical for Hooters! Not just young and dapper but also nice and friendly. It was really great with you.

As a long-time guest at various restaurants, my visit to Hooters Interlaken was a big disappointment. Despite the promising reviews and hype surrounding the ambience, the experience was far from satisfactory. First of all the service was unreasonably slow and disinterested. It took forever to even get served, and when we finally received attention, the staff seemed more concerned with chatting among themselves than attending to the guests' needs. The quality of the food also left a lot to be desired. The dishes were averagely prepared and seemed more like ready meals than freshly prepared dishes. The prices were disproportionately high for the quality offered. The ambience promised to be a fun atmosphere, but instead there was a strangely subdued mood that further detracted from the experience. The furnishings appeared worn and in desperate need of a refresh. All in all, I cannot recommend Hooters Interlaken. The combination of disappointing service, poor quality and an atmosphere that falls far short of expectations makes this place a disappointment. If you're looking for a pleasant experience at a restaurant, you should invest your time and money elsewhere.

The food is great and more than enough. Service was very friendly and would be happy to ask if everything was satisfactory, which it was. Place is pleasant and nicely decorated

Surprised there’s a hooters in this medium sized town of all places, but nobody goes for the food ;)

Everything was great, the food was delicious, the waitress were very polite and the atmosphere was great.

A Brazilian and German got a bit of a culture shock when we walked in 😄 but adapted to it and now know what Hooters stands for. The atmosphere is great, maybe a little noisy. It was very warm, but you know why once you see waitresses. Food was good, I recommend the chicken stripes with coleslaw side - good portion for 1 person. Also had Nachos on the table - big portion, potentially for two, but room for improvement as pretty dry, not much cheese, little salad and sauce on top. Waitres Tina has been great!

Bad service. Had to wait for more than 30 mins after ordering the food. No response even after asking.

If you eat there you can throw your money out the window, at least you won't get a stomach ache! The burger meat smelled of ancient OIL and the chicken was completely dry! We found a hair in the wings. The price-performance ratio is terrible. The sauces also smell ancient and are inedible. The food isn't worth a cent. I will never enter this restaurant again and advise anyone not to do so.

A great experience in Interlaken. The environment has a unique theme in the same style as its American stores. The quality of the food is incredible and worth the price paid. It has an incredible view of the snow-capped mountains.

This resturant is exceptionally good .Ladies here are super nice and friendly .Staff is very attentive to the customers .I would love to be here again .

Despite arriving in the afternoon, I didn't have much time to dine in. So I came for drink. The ladies working at the time were attentive and friendly. The view out the windows om another note were nice.

Nice American furnishings, unfortunately the employees barely understand German let alone English. The table is only cleared when you have left. I find the service underwhelming. Food was good and the atmosphere was great.

It was raining continuously and all the restaurants I wanted to go to were closed, so I stopped by this place because I wanted a draft beer when I saw it in passing. When I went in, I was startled by the unexpected and somewhat provocative attire of the employees, and when I sat down and looked at the Google reviews, I saw that they were filled with the worst reviews, such as racism, unfriendliness, and serving cold food. However, the service was fast, the food was warm, the waiter's response was no problem at all, and I didn't feel any racism at all. I ordered three glasses of cold draft beer without any problem and ordered a Hooters platter with a variety of dishes, but I think the ribs were the most delicious. Don't be intimidated by the reviews, but the location is good, so it's a good place to visit for Koreans who want to have a glass of draft beer in Interlaken..^^

Very high prices for such a long wait, cold dishes, small portions and poor service.

The restaurant's service was extremely BAD, and the staff seemed indifferent. The food was overpriced, leaving a lot to be desired. Overall, a disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend.

A place that is suitable for polluting people and those who like to watch nudity and alcohol. It is not suitable for respectable people and families

Very disappointed to say the least.. Don’t come here expecting anything similar to actual hooters wings.. they taste like something out of the froze isle at Walmart. And the service was equally as bad, not welcoming or nice

Portions are small compared to the rest of the places we ate at around Interlaken for the past 3 days. They also served us wings, a few of them were served cold 😕 the place was also swarming with flies. The was nice though!

The shop, where you pay expensive tourist prices, offers rude service and the food is served slowly and cold. The quality of the food is very poor. The lettuce on the platter will most likely be used over and over again for new guests, and when it is exhausted, it will end up in a sandwich with rancid sauce. The ribs are covered in more barbecue sauce than meat and generally everything tastes inedible. The chicken wings are dry and full of chicken hair. The fish is frozen and heated, which makes it very watery and the breading falls off. The burger patties are dry and rancid. McDonald's definitely does a better job here.

I like to visit Hooters when I'm in the Interlaken region. The food is what I expect in an American diner, the prices are moderate for Interlaken and the service is quick, attentive and friendly. I will gladly come again

We were first sent away from one table to the other (it was closed), then we weren't served/attended to for half an hour and left without food.

Don't come, don't come, don't come! Say important things 3 times! This restaurant was the worst restaurant of my 2 weeks trip! impolite! They forgot to bring food and drinks to us and shouted that they forgot! If you want to try this special service, please remember to come when you are full, otherwise you will have to wait at least 2 hours for your meal! Even the drinks had to wait 2 hours! One of the blonde waitress with ponytail hair is very rude, poor service and racist! She doesn't deserve even a star for her poor and bad service! Totally not accepted! Not even apologise when she forgot the order but with rude response and insisted us to pay the bill once the food is served. The manager should take action on her as she is racist and rude, totally not acceptable for a waitress!

Hooters Interlaken Waited 1 hour for a cold unappetizing meal we were 8 friends including a companion got up and ran away just a disgrace burnt meat cold fries ribs cold wings cold just sad. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!! Then we went to McDonald's

Would give no stars if I could. Sat for 30mins with a group of people and no one acknowledged us. Got up and walked out. Only reason we sat so long was because we were tired and starving after a long travel day.

Worst experience and Hooters Interlaken. We entered and none of the waitresses even looked in our direction. We had to ask if we could sit. We had to wave down a waitress to ask if we could be served. She said that someone will come to us. 20 minutes later, we were still not served. We got up and left without any food or drinks.

In short, the service is terrible, after waiting for an hour without anyone coming, we were literally ignored, we left again. There is no trace of cleanliness, it looks like a mess. Actually, one star is still too many.

Hooters in Interlaken is definitely a place to visit if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere, delicious food and friendly service. One thing to note is that Hooters in Interlaken is often very popular during sporting events. Therefore it can get quite crowded at peak times. It is advisable to reserve in advance if you want to ensure you get a table. Overall, our visit to Hooters in Interlaken was a pleasant experience. Good food, friendly service and a lively atmosphere make this place a great choice. We will definitely come back!"

Absolutely pathetic service and very rude staff......

I cannot conceive that in the 21st century, female waiters still have to wear sexist and degrading working uniform. When we noticed the poor working conditions of the female staff and lustful male customers gazes had towards them, we decided to leave our table at once.

Very unfriendly and unmotivated staff who ignore the guests. The interior and tables are very dirty, I'm not even talking about the toilets... 🤢 The food is of the lowest quality - I've rarely eaten so badly. The prices are absolutely outrageous! Here they probably only “cook” with frozen products - go to Mc Donalds further down the street. The food is much fresher and tastes better!

The food was cold even though we waited two hours. The portions were also very small and for the price you paid!! The service was extremely unfriendly. The salad dressing was not salad dressing and it was not enjoyable even though the menus were quite simple!! The restaurant is definitely NOT recommended!

We left after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting. The waitress said there were people while people in front of us were served after 10 minutes. I advise against.

So disappointed. We reserved a table and we wait 20 min to order and after an hour waiting for our food, when other people that arrived faster us were served, we left without eating. And they didn’t event bother to apologize or doing a nice gesture. If I could left 0 stars I would 😡😡😡😡!!! Very very bad for so a nice city.

More than 1 hour of waiting! 6 drinks 47.80!! Drinks not even offered after so much waiting time. People who arrive after us and are served in 10 minutes! Scandalous for such a touristy town!! WE LEFT ON EMPTY BELLIES!

A catastrophic evening 1:30 wait to receive only cocktails at 20.-, with a taste of water, hot beers. After several comments, we left without eating anything! Go to McDonald's 5 minutes walk away, you will be served in 1 minute for the best burgers! It must have been from the day before. Never set foot there, it’s nonsense!! RUN AWAY

The worst burger I've ever eaten in Switzerland. The meat of the burger was very dry, the bun was from Lidl. An unsatisfactory experience.

The service is very bad, and waitresses are very rude.

Worst experience ever.. the waiter with blond hair was rude with angry face ! 1 hr to bring the food and it came with only meat with nothing inside! When i told her to make. New one , she put it in microwave instead of making a new one !!!!!

The burger is really nothing special - rather dry. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Many simple things are forgotten, so you have to order them 2-3 times. German language skills are only limited.

A place at great location and view. The Hooters franchise is known for it attractive service. The food though was most disappointing. I ordered 5 chicken wings, delivered were 5 semi-wings. The anatomy of a full wing includes the parts drumette and wingette. The hot sauce that promised the need for medical attention after consuming was as smooth as the air breeze from the mountains. May be back, but unlikely for the food.

I've seen this establishment in movies and media my entire life. The atmosphere and service portrayed did not live up to expectations. The hooters waitress made us feel as though we were invisible and the food was not amazing just average. I regret my decision going here.

Standard menu but quite poorly prepared and very expensive. My burger was burnt, my daughter's quesadilla was tasteless. Nice place and friendly staff, but not to return.

It’s such a beautiful place, interlaken . This hooters is in the heart of it. The margarita was watered down. The service was slow and took forever to get the order.

No stars, bad service and bad food

This place is life-threatening, don't go there. I was there for lunch today and ordered a chicken sandwich. The chicken fillet was about 2 mm thick, breaded and super dry. Popped onto the dry bread completely carelessly. The sauce smelled funny. After 30 minutes of eating, I started feeling sick and didn't feel well at all. After 2 hours I vomited several times. I am now in the hospital with food poisoning. Incredible, Hundreds of tourists every day, but the sauces are old and rancid. NO MORE EGG

Burnt burger, 3 fries on the plate, paid 70.- for 2 burgers, 5 wings and 2 ice tea... it's a scandal. !!!

In the afternoon we wanted to treat ourselves to an aperitif, but after the third unsuccessful attempt to order, we left the poorly attended restaurant without having achieved anything. Absolutely disinterested staff. So we skipped the dinner we had planned for later.

I was sitting outside waiting for my friend and tried to order drink but no any ****ing staffs did care for me for 30minutes.

With all honesty, terrible food (tried, burger and onion rings) the only thing worth the visit was the terrace and the views.

The principle is to hire beautiful waitresses!! A scandal to have hired such flat and ugly women.

Ordered 2x veggie burgers arrived quickly. Was served by blond waitress which spoke English well. Another waitress with black hair and tattoos on her legs gave us weird looks all the time at restaurant. Which was strange. Burgers arrived hot , but nothing placed in between bread and actual burger. Curly fries was great compared to burger which had no taste unfortunately. For this meal we have paid 44 franks which we could have better meal on Harder Kulm restaurant for same money. Would not visit again. Very poor experience.

It may be a little different from the Asian Hot Girl Bar. It's more wild (casual) and I'm not too hungry at night. I ordered fried shrimps. The ingredients are quite large and the price is not bad. The taste is 3.8 points. The service is lukewarm. fire style

I had ordered a beer and chicken fingers with spicy sauce . The waitress served the beer but the food was not served for the longest time. People who had big orders after me got it and I did not get mine . I had to go and collect it from the front desk after paying for it .

Food terrible it was horrible Fries tasted like fish burger looked sad and tasted the same And the boneless chicken wings where brest chicken and dry like sand and the Waitresses are not fit for a hooters, they should do a diet and learn to smile not have a botched depressed face! Never will come back and you should not go there neither! Awfull expérience, to end up the day I had digestion problems!

Food was okayish but oh my god the discrimination was so obviously from making us wait while other Europeans got served to not serving us the food properly, the whole experience was a total bust. The food didn't even compensate for the hellish service.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We waited 25 minutes and didn’t get any service. My partner then went up and asked if we could order and the girl said wait at the table. Again no service. Then I flagged another waitress over to our table and she said “just wait a minute” then still didn’t get any service. Couldn’t even try the food because we couldn’t even order anything. We got up and left. Very disappointed.

I couldn't try the food because there was NO SERVICE!!! we were waiting for hours and none came to serve. The place was crowded and there were a lot of tables waiting. Really bad managed

We went in and ordered chicken strips and chips, it was the worst food I've ever had I would have preferred to have eaten my nephews playdough version of a chicken strip and chips . The flies in there ate more food than we did honestly avoid

The service started out ok and then the waitress completely forgot about our table. We were dining out on the patio and towards the end of the meal it started raining so we where rushed inside. A different waitress took over our table and we finally got drink refills and where able to pay. The food was good though. I loved the wings!

Rude and inattentive staff. Totally ignored our party of seven and then told us we needed to sit at another table. We did ... and were ignored again. We left and ate elsewhere.

Really tasty wings and hot dog. And the curly fries was as good as it looks. You can have a nice view of the interlaken promenade while dining in this restaurant. Also you can see paragliding people in front of it. Overall we had an great experience with nice ambience and tasty food.

Ordered the Hooters platter so I can try everything in one go. Ribs are disappointing because it is boiled and BBQ sauce added on top instead of the original smoked/grill/baked. Service is alright when compared to local standards…

The restaurant is opposite the square. The order was very, very late, and when the waitress was asked, she said because of the large number of orders, even though most of the tables only had drinks. The order was a burger with tomato slices, onions, and lettuce. A plain burger was brought with lettuce on the side of the plate. An experience not to be repeated.
