Please don’t repeat the mistake we made.. we arrived in Interlaken and were very hungry and didn’t notice the red flags…worst food we had in our life. The guy from the counter thought we are stupid and simply pretended didn’t understand English when we asked obvious questions about the food. The donner we had was clearly more than a day old(the meat and veggies)and even we were hungry we couldn’t eat(4 persons).Everything, including fries, ffs, were cold. As we later found out, the good reviews are total fakes. Agree with the other reviews that wonder how this place is still alive. Also, they didn’t display prices for drinks(soda and water) and charge based on clients appearance. We paid 7 euros for a still water…absolutely ridiculous

Staff doesn't understand a word An absolute impudence, rip-off and sorry for the word: E Souerei! NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN 1 star is already too much for something like that.

The falafels are very big on the menu, really tiny on the plates. I really regret having spent 23 CHF for this, I was still hungry after finishing my plate, and I don't have a big appetite.

Very courteous staff and menu is extensive. Try the shish tawook plate and the meat lover’s pizza. All very tasty and freshly made. They also have a prayer space which is an added plus.

This is the experience of last night 13/07/2022, I was passing by and I saw in their restaurant , the waiters were harassing a family , and it was pretty loud , the woman was shouting for help on the road as the men in the shop (waiters) were swearing and throwing things on them.

Frankly, I am very shocked by the owner of the store and how he uses Islam and hides behind the word “musalla” in order to attract Muslims who are looking for halal food and are selling their conscience and religion for the sake of how many extra pounds. For every Muslim person who eats halal and is looking for a halal place and does not have a drink, I will just tell you what happened with us and the rest is up to you. My husband called this restaurant and spoke in English and asked if they had a drink. The owner of the store thought he was European and told him that of course he had a drink. When my husband asked him how, but the food is halal and you have a prayer hall and you are saying that your food is halal and according to Islamic law? The shop owner started saying, “What is the law in Europe” and started taking and giving without even shame?? This was the response followed by any law in Europe!!! And it says with the name of the restaurant, “Halal and Musalla”!!!!

MANTENER LEJOS DE ELLA, pasamos el fin de semana pasado en interlaken y decidimos cenar temprano debido a nuestros 3 yo pequeño, llegamos allí alrededor de las 6 pm, el restaurante estaba vacío, el chef tomó nuestro pedido en el mostrador, luego nos sentamos y esperamos la comida que luego fue servida por un individuo gruñón e infeliz que acaba de poner la comida en nuestro sucio mesa y desapareció, pensamos que fue a buscar el entrante que pedimos y que nunca tuve después de 5 minutos fui a la cocina ya que no se veía a nadie, fui a las servilletas y solo en el camino de regreso encontré al camarero "Propietario" sentado en la mesa de atrás mirando algo en su teléfono, la mesa estaba sucia. Tuve que usar las toallitas de mi hija para limpiarlo, que se volvió negro, cuando llegó la factura, solo había números escritos a mano cuando se me pedían los detalles. proyecto de ley no se molestó en proporcionarlo, dejó en claro que todo está escrito y que depende de nosotros calcular ? Después de llegar de nuestro largo viaje, queríamos comer en un restaurante halal. La comida es cara sin razón alguna. Pedimos una ensalada de papa, conseguí una mano llena de papas y 2 rodajas de tomate empapadas en mayonesa (asqueroso) que te cobran por el agua. Intentamos una segunda vez para pizza y pedimos pizza de salami, cada porción de pizza tenía 1 rebanada de salami y estaba muy aceitosa.No fumes allí, shisha allí es terrible y caro, los baños son asquerosos y están llenos de moscas.No comas aquí, la comida es basura y cara, lo único bueno fue que el camarero Mohamed fue muy agradable y divertido! Eso es todo

Es ist immer ein schlechtes Zeichen wenn das Servicepersonal vor dem Eingang steht und raucht. Das Servicepersonal war auch gleichzeitig die Inhaber. Sie waren sehr ungepflegt. Ich bestellte eine Kebab Teller und es kam eine Kaffeetasse ähnliches Teller mit ein paar Salatblätter, 4 Stk. Tomatenscheiben und sehr wenig Fleisch. In eine normale Kebab findet man sogar mehr Fleisch. Kann sein dass man mich mit eine Tourist verwechselt hat und abzocken wollte. Für mich ein No GO!

Fuimos a almorzar y pedimos que una porción pequeña pero grande llegara y la mía llegó antes que mi esposo. Al final de la comida usamos el inodoro que estaban asquerosas! ! ! Bajó un tramo de escaleras para encontrarse con un fuerte olor a orina rancia y moscas. En el exterior, tanto los baños masculinos como los femeninos estaban sucios con toallas de cocina en el piso (parecía que el piso estaba inundado), y los marcos de las puertas estaban cubiertos de moscas. Lo único que salvó fue que había jabón de papel higiénico y toallas de papel para secarse las manos.
