We ate there for the first time today because we were looking for a nice place with good food to end our first wedding anniversary in a relaxed and nice way. And what can we say except that the atmosphere was really cozy and the food was excellent! In addition, everyone was very nice and we would love to come back!!

The food was very fine and very authentic. The atmosphere is very cozy and Italian. The service attentive and friendly. Although there was no pasta for vegetarians, they conjured up something delicious vegetarian for me. We'd love to come back.

I went to Hostaria Arbon for lunch today. I have to say the food was absolutely phenomenal! The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the pizza had a crispy base. The service was also first class. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. In terms of price, this restaurant is also recommended as the prices are very attractive thanks to the weekly lunch menu. I would recommend this restaurant! I'll be back!

Hostaria absolutely impressed me! The atmosphere was inviting, the staff was very accommodating and the food was simply delicious. Every bite was a taste experience, especially pizzas and pastas. The selection of drinks was extensive and appropriate. I can fully recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning soon!

Vera Pizza Italia, I was surprised 👌 It is not an "imitation" restaurant like many others, I will recommend it to anyone who wants to try Italian cuisine!!

The restaurant is attractively and comfortably designed. The service is nice but impersonal, which is probably due to the limited knowledge of German. There is a modest selection for vegetarians. The salad is fresh, but the salad dressing has hardly any flavor. The Napoli pizza has a lot of cheese and little taste. The dough was light and crispy. But the pizza as a whole is rather difficult to digest. The dessert on the menu was more of a culinary low-flyer. A pity.

Excellent food with many seasonal dishes. For us Hostaria is now a fixed point when we decide to eat out, we recommend it not only for the excellent food but also for the always impeccable service.

We have eaten many pizzas but these were a poem until the last bite. The dough is so light and airy. We will be back. The extremely good and friendly service made it all a wonderful culinary event.

In my opinion, the best pizzeria in Arbon!

Came in after 3pm, got told pizza isn't available. Ordered fries, got told the fryer isn't working. Ordered gnocchi and saw them being prepared with a microwave. Now I see similar reviews and the owner fighting against them? Customers don't owe telling you you're doing a bad job of a job you're not supposed to be doing bad.

What to say? Hostaria and how to feel at home. The pizzeria brings to life the history of the 20th century when the classic Margherita was invented. The kitchen brings back those moments of happiness spent with loved ones in a very welcoming atmosphere. This is the meaning of having dinner or lunch in a hostaria. Mfg SDM

Very nice restaurant in the middle of the quaint old town of Arbon. Extremely delicious food is served here, among other things, in a very cozy outdoor area. The prices are reasonable, even if the portion size is a little smaller. A rather cold service and some misleadingly labeled dishes on the menu spoil the experience minimally.

Tastiest pizza we have ever eaten! We got pizza to go. We were warmly welcomed and the pizza was ready in a short time. Very friendly people and the restaurant looked very cozy too if you decide to eat on site.

It was always good, but this time it was disappointing. For the pizza you need a chainsaw. Everyone was fighting for their pizza. Emol knife sharpening wouldn't be bad and the main course with roast beef was loveless and after 2 bites the plate was bad. I could have made it at home. But the wine was good. At least something.

The restaurant is super tasty, the service was prompt and friendly. We didn't wait long for our pizza and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend eating these.

We were there for lunch during the week. We ordered the pizza piccante and the risotto with octopus. There was fish soup as a starter and a salad with the pizza. Both were very good and filling. The risotto was very tasty and the pizza also had a good taste. After dessert there was a small portion of panna cotta. Everything you needed was on the table, including hot oil. The friendly waiter also took care of water for our dog. Conclusion: Good food, friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely come back 👍

I very rarely give such good reviews for restaurants. But credit where credit is due: Funghi Russi: Simply heavenly! The homemade ravioli with nut filling as well. And if that's not enough, they even make "Cannoli Siciliani" and "Tiramisù" themselves! The “Tiramisù” is the way we know it in Italy: with (the right) “spoon biscuits”. Wait, I'm not finished yet: We ordered *one* portion of “Cannoli Siciliani” and one portion of “Tiramisù”. The portion of “Cannoli” came with *two* original size “Cannoli”! Wow!!! Apart from that, I have never been able to order homemade “Cannoli Siciliani” in any restaurant in Switzerland. Really, really great! (But I'm allowed to make a small criticism: The espresso could have been a little stronger. Or should I have ordered a "Ristretto"?)

Loved it here! The food was fantastic and all the waiters were very kind. There is a separate menu for lunch, but the price for the lunch deal were great. ~20 for a salad, entree of your choice, and small dessert. I visited often and would love to come back!

Very good meal and nice surroundings! But tap water at CHF 4.- for half a liter? It is a shame to make people pay for something free when you consume alcohol, coffee and more. At least inform people when they order so they can decide to take something else

Top pizza, top food and nice service!

Sorry, but we are totally disappointed. Red wine at room temperature doesn't work at all. We know the problem in Italy. But that's not possible here in Switzerland. Beer selection, not really available. The food isn't even average. The sauces taste like finished products. It is also not tasty if too much oil is used. There are other little things that don't cost any money but simply shouldn't happen. My tip: Take a look at other Italian restaurants and see how they do it. I hope you get the hang of it. Either way, we won't be coming anymore. Sorry.

Simply great, we were passing through by boat in the harbor and had dinner here straight away. Super nice service, and all the dishes were simply delicious. What a great shop. Super friendly staff. The feeling is very harmonious and you feel very comfortable. There is something for everyone in this store. Anyone who longs for Italy should come here! Some of the dishes are very traditional, i.e. more typical dishes from different regions of Italy, the true Italian will understand what I mean 😊🙈 The pizza is also incredibly tasty with a few highlights. They have also thought about the little guests and offer a selection that is not too small but not too large, especially the children's pizza looks incredibly cute. Every child is happy about that. All in one a recommended restaurant with a real Italian feeling. The quality of the food is also very good and every meal is a culinary delight! Come here and try it out, it will be worth it!
