Very good food, friendly service.

Very nice hotel. Around 30 rooms, therefore pleasantly clear. Friendly and very personal service. You immediately feel comfortable and at home. Bus stop and access to the ski area very close. Stylishly renovated rooms, some with large balconies. Very good restaurant, also for non-resident guests, in the house. Highly recommended hotel.

I have been considering whether I should review my experience and after much thought I think it’s to your advantage I do so. Two days ago my group of eight ate at this hotel. 1- Apero at the bar. 20 minutes no one came- no whiskey or Pernod. bar was basically empty of beverages. Opted for Aperol Spritz. Arrived at table another 20 minutes before someone came. Orders done one wrong starter came therefore another 2o mns before he could eat. Mains came much later missing one steak. Everyone was finished eating still no steak. It was cancelled though the older service lady still brought it out and tried to offer it to me or others to take it. She repeated over and over it was a shame not to eat it and that it was nothing she could do. Never seen anything like it. Ok yes you want to offer coffee but the fact is they made the mistake and then try to make the guests feel bad because they don’t want to eat a steak at 10.30 at night. The whole experience and attitude was absolutely out of order. I am a very frequent visitor in Arosa and sadly will never return to this hotel/restaurant again. Management need to step up if they want this place to work in Arosa Good luck Plus no ambience to make you feel at home or comfortable. Maybe just bad luck going there on January the first Who knows

The hotel is run with a lot of heart and a sense of excellent service. From check-in to dinner, nothing was left to be desired during our stay. Rooms are super clean with a beautiful view. Fully recommended!

A Perfect Stay Our stay in the Alpine sun was simply perfect! We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the breathtaking mountain views created an unforgettable backdrop. The beds were extremely comfortable The staff was characterized by friendliness and helpfulness, which made our stay even more pleasant. The overall experience was absolutely first class and we highly recommend it. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

A great place to ski if you want to be near the ski lifts of Arosa. Clean, well-equipped, and very friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen/restaurant served excellent dinner!

Beautiful renovated rooms with a wonderful view. Everything was clean and the room was big enough. The staff was very friendly at all times. I can only recommend the Hotel Alpensonne in Arosa.

We were allowed to spend 2 nights in the hotel. Service was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location and we had a wonderful view of the mountains from the room. We will definitely come back! I was not amused when the cognac was served to me in a whiskey glass. A no go for me. Here the hotel should consider whether to buy the appropriate glasses or no longer offer the cognac. The WiFi could still be improved. We had in the room area that had poor reception. But I am aware that these two points represent “complaining” on a high level. Thanks for your hospitality.
