Very fine Gordonbleu but very small and overpriced excluding the side dish. Service top!

The restaurant is in the city center of Zurich and can be reached on foot from the public transport stop in about 6 minutes. For private transport there are paid parking spaces approx. 10-15 minutes away on foot. The house is an old building, the interior has been renovated and is modernly furnished. The service staff is friendly and prompt. The selection of dishes is rather sparse, but the quality and taste are all the more magnificent, really delicious. The order arrived after about 12 minutes. As expected, the price structure is in the high price segment, which was also to be expected since it is a guild restaurant. The portions are rather small. The toilet was clean. I can recommend the restaurant.

This is our experience: +Firstly, the service is uniquely good, chapeau! +Secondly, the atmosphere is pleasantly sociable. +Third and perhaps most important, the food is really great and made with a lot of love. +Fourth, everything fits and is consistent. We loved it! Negative: We had nothing to complain about, everything was great! This time we can't describe anything negative. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Great place for an evening with friends and family

The bar and restaurant are very nice. It is a sophisticated place located in the oldest historical streets of Zurich. The service and taste are really worth going.

We just arrived in Zurich and after a long day, our dinner at Hotel Bourbon was exactly what we were hoping for and exceeded our expectations. The chicken and waffles, duck and lamb rack were excellent and were matched by the service and ambience!

Overpriced cordon bleu, was dry and hard, hardly any cheese; oversalt spinach; no decaffoff offer; Water only in 1 liter bottle...

We had a great time at HOTEL BOURBON. We began with an amazing cocktail and wine and straight to delicious mains and dessert. I’m really happy I ordered ahead.

Extremely friendly staff will welcome you in this Restaurant. The location is perfectly suitable for both larger and smaller groups/tables. Atmosphere is on the fancier and more classic side of things with some nice modern aspects. Food is delicious and prepared in both refreshing and classic ways. The menu is small which I loved, however there are not too many vegetarian options. You'll find something really nice though. Pricing is absolutely fair given the quality of food and service. Will visit again on a special occasion.

Yesterday we were able to enjoy the Valentine's Day special. At its best: A wonderful menu, perfectly prepared and with excellent taste. At the same time light and digestible. The drinks were recommended with knowledge and the service was always friendly and courteous despite the full house. Highly recommended!

piri piri shrims were oversalted and when we let the waiter know about it, he seemed to be pissed with that comment. We had to order something else instead

I usually love it here, but when I went with a group of business clients last time they failed to inform us during/after booking that 90% of the restaurant would be filled with 200 people from a networking event (we got seated right in the middle), which made talking at our table virtually impossible. You HAVE to let diners know ahead of time when something like this is happening!

A new wind in the old Restaurant zum Turm, Zunfthaus zur Letzi. We were there for the champagne happy hour and were treated to food and drink. Dogs are welcome, water and even blankets were offered without asking, great! The staff were very polite and accommodating. The music and the DJ were also very strong and we really enjoyed the afternoon. We'd love to come back, thank you very much.

The design of the restaurant is beautiful and playful, it was cozy and yet interesting :) But the service was more than disappointing, no one took our jackets, they left us standing at the bar and we had to ask twice to be shown to our table. Whenever we wanted something we had to wave which made us feel uncomfortable and when asking for a recommendation the answer was „Everything is nice.“ The food itself was presented in a nice way but it was pretty dull without much spices. All in all the visits was OK, but nothing more there is way too much good competition in Zurich.

When the sun is shining, there are some great places outside, almost a little idyllic, as there isn't so much hustle and bustle, even on the weekend. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Zurich! It’s tucked away in a small square of the old town with a great atmosphere. The food and drinks were exceptional and surprisingly reasonably priced. The best part was the friendly service. It really enhanced our already great experience.

What a beautiful spot! It’s hidden in a courtyard, so it’s not a place we would have naturally stumbled upon, but I’m so glad we looked it up! The people who work at Hotel Bourbon really give you another edge besides ur meal which i can guarantee will be absolutely and completely satisfying. Something that also really stood out to me was the location. Located right in the heart of the old town of zurich, the outside part of the restaurant will calm you down and give you the perfect example of a high end restaurant in zurich.

We came to Zurich at the end of a Viking river cruise trip. While waking through the Old Town we came across Hotel Bourbon. I can wholeheartedly say that the food, the service, the ambience (sat outside for lunch. Came back and did inside for dinner) is truly perfect. The owners and staff do everything they can to make you feel welcome. The menus are excellent. They have a bit of humor in their ambience and it’s a great reminder to not raise things too seriously.

Great cuisine, friendly, courteous staff, lovely ambience and home to the Letzi guild. People like to come here, a detour through the old town is worth it.

We just had cocktails there and there were totally delicious! I had a Negroni and this was one of the best I had! It was reasonably priced and the staff were super nice and friendly. The venue was also epic:)
