I just stayed at Giardino Mountain with my mom for the first time and our stay was nothing short of fantastic. First of all, the hotel is beautiful and set in the perfect location — it’s extremely close to St. Moritz (3-5 minutes by car or bus) in a neighboring, small village — one that’s very cute, quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious, modern and have an Alpine touch. Our room had 180-degree views of the Corvatsch mountains — the most beautiful sight to wake up to every morning! The beds are extremely comfortable and the rainforest shower is also really nice. Breakfast is tasty, buffet style. We personally loved the homemade breads, perfectly soft scrambled eggs and the assortment of cheeses. The cappuccinos were also delicious. Now I’ve saved the best for last. The service. Cris, the manager, went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. We attribute much of our excellent stay to him. He always greeted us with a smile and was willing and happy to help us. He made dinner reservations for us every night (6 nights total) and we LOVED every single one of his recommendations. Cris is multilingual and extremely knowledgeable about the area. He gave us very personalized recommendations to our taste. My mom and I keep saying that Cris gave us some of the best service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Francesco at the reception was also great. He helped arrange my private ski lessons and was also very pleasant to speak to. If you’re looking for an upscale hotel that feels more warm and personal than a huge/stuffy 5 star hotel, Giardino is the place for you. We will absolutely be coming back and are already planning our return next year.

The perfect hotel in St. Moritz! Luxurious yet down-to-earth, warm and with great attention to detail. The staff is incredibly friendly and loving. Flowers for International Women's Day were very thoughtful - we were very happy about them. Our own ice skating rink ensured the fun factor in between and the spa offerings are excellent! We are looking forward to the summer at the Giardino in Ascona. The Giardino Group has only the best to offer in every season.

Sensational hotel, that's how to achieve unexcited luxury. Nice, new rooms. Fine restaurants, beautiful wellness area, nice bar, great employees, relaxed dress code, we could rave about it for a long time. The hotel's own ski bus to the valley station is extremely convenient; After the last descent into the valley, give us a quick call and you will be picked up straight away. And the Engadin bus (public transport) leaves in front of the door and takes you to St. Moritz in 7 minutes. We never used the car during the whole week, which is rare in the Engadin...

If anyone asks for advice about St. Moritz, especially Giardino Mountain, I'd wholeheartedly recommend it. My experience there was exceptional. Initially unsure about the hotel's location, I took the leap, and thanks to Marriott Bonvoy's excellent recommendation and Giardino Mountain's superb service, I was pleasantly surprised. This is one of my best experiences I ever had. Let’s start with Hotel, the location is fantastic and very close to St Moritz center 5 minutes during heavy snow even quicker with clear weather. The hotel is amazing, during my arrival and before I introducing my self to them during the checkin, they know my name with a big heart and outstanding attitude and welcoming drink starting from the amazing Isak Servalli, Francesco Molone, Paulo, Emily and the rest of hotel teams, they were super star of treating guests. They assigned me a fantastic room with stunning views of the mountains and lake, and in the mine hotel building. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of diversity food selections. The hotel facilities is outstanding including Spa, gym, ski area with hotel shuttle, valet parking, lounge and restaurant. Overall super 5 star hotel, moreover, if you have car which highly recommend in St Moritz, there is a two large public parking in the mine city and cost for 3 CHF per hour, the hotel location is outstanding and very quiet area, and beautiful view between the lake and the mountain. Isak Servalli, the head of concierge is outstanding, he know everything in St Moritz, he was one of our biggest players in this trip, he made it unforgettable and easy for us and assuming for all hotel guests, in terms of reservations, access to everything, even he arranged for my birthday celebration unforgettable in one of the best restaurant in St Moritz, he is very supportive and I am sure he will manage all guests to reach their successful experience and high expectations Wow. Overall for all reviewers this hotel is worth it to pay and be satisfy due to their staff and high quality of experience and standards. Highly recommended with honor of what they did with me. Excellent service and outstanding staff all the best for them.

One of the best hotels near St. Moritz. Fantastic service, environment. The atmosphere at the bar is spectacular. Highly recommended.
