For any hotel it's important that the rooms are well designed, user friendly and comfortable, Sadly none of these things were true of the room I was given at this hotel. The room was supposed to be a double but was tiny, white walls, white ceiling and white bedding made it look like a hospital side room, There was no kettle, no coffee, no fridge, a complementary bottle of mineral water but no glass to drink it from, there were no USB points for charging phones or tablets or laptops, A tiny desk so cluttered with hotel info that you couldn't work at it, and no shelves to move it to, Strange electric sockets meant my European adapter didn't work. There was one easy chair, no room for any more. The bathroom was also tiny with an annoying broken flickering light, a shower space so low the head of the shower only came up to my chin. All I can say is thank god I was only staying here for one night, and I don't have to come back here again. My advice to any traveller, especially a business traveller is stay somewhere else, if you want a 4 star service,

Völlig überteuertes Hotel! Unser modernes Doppelzimmer hatte ein Fenster auf den Innenhof an eine graue Betonmauer! Und für diese Aussicht bezahlt man in der Schweiz 250 SFR!! Zustellbett in die enge Kammer + 50SFR!!! Sprich 300 Franken für ein enges Zimmer ohne Aussicht! Eine bodenlose Frechheit! Dazu kam, dass die Bodenheizung kaputt war und wir jämmerlich frieren mussten - aber für diese Umstände gibt es keinen Preisnachlass! Typisch Schweizer Hotellerie! Da muss man sich nicht wundern, dass die Gäste fehlen!

Seul petit désavantage (ou avantage pour les gens recherchant les festivités... en temps normal) : c'est relativement bruyant, car donnant dans une rue et sur une place très animées (notre chance était d'y être avec les restrictions liées au COVID-19, donc dans une Ville hyper calme, presque morte). Du reste, des boules Qiès sont fournies par l'hôtel. Le restaurant était malheureusement fermé, impossible de le tester. Mais de nombreux établissements "take away" à proximité immédiate, donc aucun souci pour se restaurer. Nous reviendrons tester le restaurant, car propositions variées (grill et chinois).
