We ate very well and received excellent service, highly recommended, not cheap but worth the price. Sorry, should be 4 stars, we can't rate the room because we didn't stay overnight.

Excellent place to eat, wonderful staff

Lovely hotel in a perfect location near the train station. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Landhaus after booking last minute following a bad experience at another hotel. The staff were very friendly and made sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room had a balcony with stunning mountain views and in an ideal location for hiking. We would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you especially to Marija for such a warm welcome and for making our stay in the area such a positive one!

Preis Leistung ist nicht nachvollziehbar...Essen HP war gut, Zimmer sind im Netz "mit frisch renoviert" beschrieben (nach Aussage Reception im 2009) zudem waren diese die wir angeschaut haben auch nicht sauber und die Teppiche auf den Etagen waren zum Teil voller Flecken und wirkten schmudelig.

Sehr schöns und ruhiges Hote im Zentrum vom Saanen, ca 4km vom Gstaad entfernt. Gute Küche und sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und confortabl.

There is a small play room by the restaurant that allowed us adults to enjoy the food. The hotel is by the city centre in a pedestrian road with quite a few gift shops. The parking is less than a minute walk. Hotel management and staff very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend it!

We where the first guests. We waited 45 minutes for the burger. Expectations where high. After 45 minutes the burger wasn't served warm. The burger was plain, not very tasty. After talking with the chef he told us that the burger (meat) must be plain. Don't get us wrong...the burger is from good quality, but the taste was not good. The chef told us that it was due to our flavor. I doubt it. Way too expensive.

What a mess.1-2 Years ago, the owner if this pup changend. First of all the Menu still isnt updated and only the half of it is orderable. We‘ve waited 1 Hour for 4 Burgers and 3 Portions of Fries.When they brought the fries they were already cold and absolutely bland.The burgers finally arrived 10min Later and except if the meat the whole burger was just greacy, bland and tasteless.But this is only the tip of the iceberg. When we wanted to pay the bill (wich was absolutely to high for this kind of service) we wanted to pay with the card/creditcard but we werent even able to pay with card and HAD TO go to the next cashmashine (in a small village). (just by the way, in this country and in todays time EVERY restaurant has the ability to get payed by card so yea) Well, the machine was out of order so we were not able to pay in the moment. The owner came to us and was very VERY unfriendly and told us we „shouldve known that“ and he had EARPHONES on and was just very disrespectful.Well, we somehow managed the situation and he come to our house tomorrow to get his money :)
