Unfortunately I only had to give 3 stars to the service as the hotel reception was denied twice by the hotel bar located on the first floor to bring a chamomile tea and a glass of water on the day of departure. in the room on the ground floor, as it was impossible to get them down from the first floor!!! We spent an amazing night at the Longemalle hotel!! The staff were super friendly - they helped me arrange a bouquet of flowers and bottle of champagne and all was beautifully set upon arrival. We hands down recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Geneva, the location and design are outstanding. Thank you for our wonderful stay!
