I recommend the chalet's macaroni to share on the terrace with a view of the skiers

Where to start… My partner and I went to this restaurant following a collaboration with the Chalet Royal. This offer included a relaxing spa moment which went well until we were redirected to this restaurant. At first, the welcome was not very warm where the waitress seated us without even understanding the offer we had. After presenting our offer, we were made to worry about the amount we had to eat. In the end, there were multiple responses because the waitress was going back and forth! We contacted “Le chalet Royal” who confirmed that we are indeed entitled to a starter/main course/dessert without a defined amount on the voucher. And the drinks are at our expense. In the meantime the waitress served us two drinks which we did not touch. We contact the chalet again to clarify things. Following multiple calls, the chalet manager came to confirm what we were entitled to as well as the card that should be offered to us. (The one that was not even shown to us by the waitress who spoke extremely loudly regarding the situation) This one being sorry for the inconvenience. We explain that following their discriminatory attitude of wanting to cajole us and their coming and going did not suit us. We offered to pay for the apple juice and rosé which we did not receive. But this was offered by the manager of the Chalet Royal and not the restaurant. Who didn't try to apologize for their attitude. Manager of the Royal chalet, very respectful and friendly. Apologizing for this inconvenience. Thanks to her Restaurant not recommended for people other than Caucasians. This is not worth 1/5 but rather a 0

Room was very nice and clean, but really very small. The bathroom, the balcony and the view were great. It's a shame that there was no staff at breakfast. As a guest, we had to help the other guests with the coffee machine.

Amazing location right at the foot of the slope and direct access onto the lift system with no queues at all. Rooms are large and comfortable and the balcony view over the slope is beautiful. Restaurant is great and the wood fired pizzas are top class. Locker for skis is provided. It’s hard to fault this hotel for the price, I will go back. The resort is quiet with a few bars around. Large tv in the room with Netflix was great.

Vraiment un grand n'importe quoi ! Aucun accueil , 40 min pour venir passer commande, pas d'apero avant ni rien, une fois le repas fini, pas de proposition de café ni de dessert.. et le petit déjeuner.. catastrophique ! Aucunes régles sanitaire respectées, buffet ouvert, les gens font n'importe quoi, aucun personel sur place pour remettre de l'ordre la dedans.

Comme d'habitude, superbe accueil, et très sympa vu les circonstances due au Covid pris une pizza à emporter excellente.

Un petit hôtel plutôt sympa. Les chambres sont de taille correct, les salles de bains un peu vieillissantes mais le service est très agréable. La situation est parfaite à Veysonnaz.

+ personnel accueillant et à l écoute, jolie chambre propre, avec une jolie vue, 2 grands duvets moelleux, souper au restaurant délicieux et bien présenté, bien qu un peu cher, petit déjeuner très bon à l hôtel royal en face. - impossible de se reposer, car douleurs dorsales et articulaires, à cause du matelas, store cassé, donc reveil avec les poules, bruit de ventilation et de la route. Spa dans l hôtel royal à côté pitoyable. Hamman hs et jacuzzi immonde (eau verte, qui mousse, odeur insoutenable de moisissure)

Une seule jeune fille est vraiment très agréable. Les autres des gens antipathique. L assiette est bien présentée mais la nourriture quelconque.
