Arrivés sur place pour souper avec un passeport gourmand, la carte ne correspond pas du tout au site internet...Entrée : légumes à l huile et jambon Les légumes avaient un aspect bizarre ce qui a été confirmé au goût. Nous avons meme trouvé une feuille de Lorier au milieu de la salade. Burger des montagnes : pain industriel, pas de fromage contrairement à ce qui était inscrit sur la carte, sauce à chercher sous 2 rondelles de tomate ! Rœsti : on c est posé la question s’il s agissait d’une fondue aux pommes de terres tellement il y a avait de fromage... Les rœstis étaient excellents à part ça! Le clous du souper les vins ! Pas la moitié de ce qui est sur la carte était disponible. Nous nous sommes rabattus sur un malbec qui n était pas à la carte et qui ne valait pas les 60.- demandésSeul point positif de la soirée le service irréprochable d une charmante dame que je plains de travailler dans ces conditions !

Where to start… My partner and I went to this restaurant following a collaboration with the Chalet Royal. This offer included a relaxing spa moment which went well until we were redirected to this restaurant. At first, the welcome was not very warm where the waitress seated us without even understanding the offer we had. After presenting our offer, we were made to worry about the amount we had to eat. In the end, there were multiple responses because the waitress was going back and forth! We contacted “Le chalet Royal” who confirmed that we are indeed entitled to a starter/main course/dessert without a defined amount on the voucher. And the drinks are at our expense. In the meantime the waitress served us two drinks which we did not touch. We contact the chalet again to clarify things. Following multiple calls, the chalet manager came to confirm what we were entitled to as well as the card that should be offered to us. (The one that was not even shown to us by the waitress who spoke extremely loudly regarding the situation) This one being sorry for the inconvenience. We explain that following their discriminatory attitude of wanting to cajole us and their coming and going did not suit us. We offered to pay for the apple juice and rosé which we did not receive. But this was offered by the manager of the Chalet Royal and not the restaurant. Who didn't try to apologize for their attitude. Manager of the Royal chalet, very respectful and friendly. Apologizing for this inconvenience. Thanks to her Restaurant not recommended for people other than Caucasians. This is not worth 1/5 but rather a 0
