We were allowed to be pampered by the attentive and friendly and competent host couple Yves & Magrith for a whole week... an extremely creative and delicious half-board surprise menu every evening... simply brilliant in all respects! The menu leaves nothing to be desired with ingenious combinations...! Fresh & tasty! Very good wine list with lots of things you simply have to treat yourself to. Beautiful, very clean and classy rooms. Fine breakfast with everything you need. Good, central location and short distances to the trains. ...the best that can be found in Dachen gastronomy in Fiesch and the surrounding area, thank you very much, always with pleasure!

We enjoyed a delicious surprise menu for 2 people, with great sophistication, differentiated flavors and aesthetic presentation, a real treat! Starting with the goose liver crème brûlée, an ultra-tender tartare, a quail breast flavored with vine smoke on eggplant, lamb fillet and beef ragout and ending with the passion fruit crème brûlée: everything was very delicious and made us happy! Excellent food. The many positive reviews are absolutely deserved. Very creative cuisine and excellent chef. Super friendly service. However, the salad was missing from the menu.

The hotel is well situated. The rooms are nice, fairly large and recently decorated. The ensuite was a bit dated, but the water was hot and you could stop a riot with the water pressure and flow. We did not notice any train noise, but unless you want to be woken around 7am by the church bells, keep the windows shut. Once shut you can't hear them. Yves and Margrit are fabulous hosts. We could not have been made more welcome. For those who struggle with Swiss-German, Yves speaks French and English and Margrit good English. Yves is the chef and Margrit front of house. The food in the restaurant is seriously good and it is worth eating here as a non resident.

An exceptional restaurant, beautiful hotel, and idyllic lunch spot. The people working there are always very warm and welcoming and the food is exactly what you need after a morning skiing. The views from the bedrooms are unbeatable and nothing is too much trouble. A very special hotel and restaurant with impeccable service and standards, the best spot in Fiesch for coffee, lunch, or a ski-in/ski-out bedroom.
