I had my annual service done for the Stöckli SL FIS. These skis require special care. I received perfectly sanded edges and also a perfect covering service. A super job. at reasonable prices. Oh yes: the staff is courteous, uncomplicated and refreshingly friendly. Next year again. 🙂

The train was passing in front of our eyes, so we stopped at the Sportvafe. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere with quiet background music. Staff friendly and attentive. The prices are moderate. WC. In the outdoor area of ​​the Aletschbahn, easy to reach for wheelchair users. We'd love to come back)))

After being the only client and spending 125 CHF there but posing a few questions and being on the go I got publicly ridiculed and laughed at by the crew: that hurt.

Wow...perfect advice on ski rental. A great team and has fun at work. Great material. And very accommodating. Equipment can be deposited at the top of Fiescheralp. No lugging around equipment. We would happily rent here again.

Super nice staff! We were allowed to stay until after the official closure and enjoy the drinks and refresh ourselves. Since the cable car was closed in the meantime, we were treated to the café until the next ride. We'd love to come back!

"Nicely equipped shop, we'd previously bought a few things there and the guy was quite helpful, which is why we returned there to rent a pair of cross country skis for my son to try out. These were considerably pricier than in other places in Graubünden or Tessin, especially the one day options. They were 30% more expensive! When I asked for a modest discount I was told that it was out of the question and received an unnecessarily rude answer from both the manager and the young girl working there: "if-you-don't-like-our-prices-you-can-go-to-another-shop". I'm sorry, but this kind of answer is not an appropriate way of dealing with customers who make a reasonable request. It looks like the team is missing some basic manners and marketing skills. The manager should not only set a good example, but be focused on keeping customers coming back rather than making an insignificant profit of 5 CHF PS At least they could have offered us an old piece of cake as they generously did to their customer last year !!! :o)

The service seemed a bit unmotivated to me, but otherwise it's a cute little coffee where you can also have smaller dishes.

One of the best stores I've been to, great friendly service. They even refunded the full amount after one day when we couldn't go skiing!

It was a shop with a wide selection of ski equipment, hiking equipment, and everything in between. Bought on shoes. There were so many different types and colors that I had a lot of fun shopping. The bottles at the cash register were also colorful and I enjoyed them.

very nice restaurant & friendly service. We just quickly grabbed 2 slices of currant cake for the train ride to Andermatt. The price is rather expensive but ok. which wasn't okay; The cake was definitely from yesterday, if not the day before yesterday, unfortunately I had to throw away the two pieces after 2-3 bites because it was hard and dry. However, we would be happy to give the restaurant a second chance on our next visit and adjust this rating if possible.

For several years I have been consciously going to Volkensport to buy my equipment because the service and advice is simply top. Whether it's touring skis, climbing, mountaineering, skiing, trekking or cross-country skiing,... Special requests are also fulfilled; the boss will do pretty much anything for the customer if requested. Keep it up!

Great selection of ON shoes! Great advice when buying ski boots, and the aftercare when the ski boots pinched was great. Nice bistro, with a small but fine offering. The Hot Dog F1 is particularly recommended. Great employees, all in all a great sports shop with a bistro to relax in!
