Pleasant people but unpleasant experiences. Brought my 701 in for the 20k service plus a pretty serious oil leak. I was able to quickly pick up the bike and asked if they could solve the oil problem (the Husky left dripping marks after about 10 minutes). I was told no problem was found. Well, I'll drive home for about an hour. When we got home, the husky kept dripping happily. After that I brought her for the second time and was able to pick her up a few days later. And the same game again. Still dripping, go back and forth again, and bring it for the third time. Finally the repair worked and the Husky is dry. For the debacle I received a full 60 francs reduction on my bill (for work that did not solve the problem). Andreas is a pleasant guy and was able to help me with any questions, but unfortunately this experience broke my trust.

Nice, experienced & accommodating. Everything was done “neatly” ;-). I will happily continue to come to SBS in the future and can only recommend it to others!
