Practical...a part was missing and I couldn't use the stender But didn't have the parts for a stender purchased 10 days before. The lady replied that she could not get me the missing part??????? Enough trach for an international house??

1 star for security busy chatting with the cashier monitoring the self check-out tills this Tuesday March 19 at 2:00 p.m., but tough enough to run to the exit of the store to check my receipt. We chase people when we're sure they've stung. Hire more staff to monitor these cash registers, or who do something other than chatting, this will prevent honest regular customers from posing as thieves. Ashamed!

Like any Ikea, you can get everything you need here. However, the restaurant is very full at lunchtime, somehow you could plan it better since it's like that every lunchtime.

Do yourself a favor and don’t buy kitchen supplies. Literally one time use…. And of course you can’t return. Customer service isn’t good if you don’t speak French. Thankfully I found a very good English speaker who was incredibly helpful and I said ONE some of the employees have the UK flag meaning they speak English but they don’t. I spent so much time doing simple things.

Even if you don't need anything you will always find something useful

The showroom and after-sales service are great, but the click and collect is disappointing. Each time I used it (5 or 6 times), I spoke for between 30 and 45 minutes before someone deigned to answer... Then another ten minutes before the person arrived with my order... I no longer dare go through this service, we waste less time going directly to pick up the products from the shelves.

IKEA type everything is normal. I don't know if the others are better.

I have always been happy with Ikea furniture until I had a serious problem with a product and was very disappointed with the initial customer service that shocked me from the big brand. Following my complaint and direct contact with Ikea Vernier, they were able to very quickly rectify the situation correctly.

The 1 year return service it’s a farse. When you return an object they will find a minimal detail to not get the product back. It’s essentially a way to convince you buying specially if you are not sure, but what is sure is that you can’t return the product. Do not rely on the returning policy.

Convenient but not easy to go for one or two products. You have to browse the entire store or almost with the shortcuts

Super nice place to do your shopping for the house and also a good restaurant if you're hungry.

The lady works in the children's area. She is poorly polite and I felt discriminated against. She is black and she speaks rudely and poorly when I come to ask for my daughter. Although it remains a place where you can find a very wide variety of items for the home and garden, and sometimes very innovative, they have fallen in quality and increased in price. Articles in action with the same characteristics are close to those which are not and are misleading. Super stressed staff who don't even stop when responding and who have to be followed to hear (the hyper pressure is palpable) Even the customer service lacks common sense.. 4 so-called "priority" checkouts, either by card and 2 with cashiers... no comment. Mr. Ikea, as big as you are, it would be good to put a little humanity back into all of this. As you put it so well, “it’s good for you and it’s good for the planet”. Mr. Ikea, all that's left to do is.

Great prices, diverse selection of practically most furniture and household items. I love the recent arrangement of the space. Unlike before, you can now access certain display areas directly without going through a maze of sections😅

Since the useless bean counters decided to not sell REAL swedish food brands but their own bland "recipes" manufactured everywhere except in Sweden there's really no incentive to go to this low quality furniture store any more. The Swedish food boutique was the only reason to go there.

When the Christmas meal and employee gifts seem to interest those in customer service more than working. 5 employees and only one who works while the others stare at you and prefer to chat. For the rest, classic IKEA, well stocked but sometimes empty with long queues at the checkouts with no other open despite the flow. Toll parking.

The best customer experience in the almirah division with Céline G. who advised me on my 2 projects with immaculate skill, proactiveness, responsiveness and efficiency in design to order!!! Very very rare to find such an empathetic person who listens to clients and goes the extra mile to make client wishes a reality !!! Always nice to have an Ikea not far from home, to pick up furniture, all kinds of objects for the home or, quite simply, ideas! However, I think that Ikea could easily go a little further in eco-responsibility.

Rather competent and friendly sellers, which makes shopping bearable. Avoid if possible on Saturdays, you feel like you are in a sheep enclosure 😉

Good business, good price and good food

To my first opinion ("One star less because of paid parking."), Ikea responded as follows: "[...] We are, in the canton of Geneva, unable to ensure that our parking be free! Little advice, why not visit us using Public Transport 😊. […]”. Using TPGs is indeed practical, except when you go to a furniture store to buy furniture 🙃. Being a business on the outskirts with paid parking (and with IKEA Vernier prices) remains an astonishing choice, even in the canton of Geneva.

Restaurant..... It's really not very good

Always an experience to go for a “little” trip to Ikea. We know what time we are going in, but never when we are going to leave!

Ikea Ikea. Everything is very good in this store. Everything is put away, classified, organized. What to say ? Nothing, everything is perfect.

Store that leaves us wanting to buy everything

I like the items that are sold there, but it seems that there is a problem with stock management... I see empty shelves far too often. I check to see if the missing items are available in other branches, and all too often I see that IKEA Vernier is the only one not to have the item in stock. This is valid for a lot of products which have not been in stock for several months, while for all the others they are very often.

very easy to find what you’re looking for- it’s a welcoming environment and not at all overwhelming like other ikea’s i’ve been to in the past. the service is great but for the most part of you don’t ask for help they’ll leave you alone with is a great thing in my opinion. most of the things you find online from the official ikea website are in-stock but sometimes they’ve got to make orders or they’re sold-out. they do offer to put it together for you (it’ll cost you) but some stores don’t offer that afaik.

Extremely disappointed, some shelves have been empty for several months... in many sectors... Cold atmosphere, the quality has dropped significantly at the entry level, particularly for the sheets which are also lacking....For the rest the prices have increased significantly. An Ikea like the others so nothing new nickel

I really like going to Ikea but today I am particularly disappointed, we ate at the restaurant with a friend and our two 2 year old children, I said because they were sitting on LED trolleys and a tray trolley in addition. Arrives at the checkout Mrs. Yess.....asks if we have the ilea card and I tell her m, I hope it works because the network... and her very haughty and dry response was; You had to prepare it before there are people in front of you. Is it normal to talk like that? For me NO, knowing everything we had in hand it was clearly inappropriate on his part! I hope I don't have to deal with this horrible person again. You don't talk like that to clients and even less so to two single and borderline overwhelmed moms.

The new trends in the IKEA windows, great suggestions for setting up your loft, bedroom, kitchen, I loved the new setup for children's rooms with the outer space theme, I really like the bottom of the sea, the prices are very competitive.

I absolutely hate the familiarity of this store. French culture imposes vouvoiement on us, why deprive ourselves of it. This is a marked lack of politeness. The Swedes also want to impose their language on us.

50 min to prepare 2 doors for goods collection and when they arrive one of the 2 is missing… They took less time in Lyon to prepare a complete kitchen than it took IKEA Vernier to prepare 2 doors. It’s scandalous to lose an hour on a construction site because of this

Very very good, fair prices, the staff is very pleasant and available to serve, inform and help customers. I have been an IKEA customer for a long time. And the quality and service is very good. The only thing not good is the price of delivery 🚚 and assembly. And what's more, we eat well at reasonable prices.

Do not take delivery! We ordered a 120cm basin and it arrived split in two! The after-sales service did not want to reimburse! But still ended up getting a €30 voucher. Not very professional and commercial.

Copy and paste shop of all the other Ikea branded ones. Prices change here, they are proportionate to the standard of living in Geneva.....

We go there to buy furniture, not to eat there. My daughter got salmonella right after eating meatballs. To be wary.

In this store there are often stock problems. Prices have become too expensive. It is not justifiable such a price difference with other countries in the same catalog if it is not that salaries are higher in Switzerland and they want to obtain the maximum benefit. Especially when a few years ago there was no such difference. Also the Swiss catalog is smaller than elsewhere (e.g. fronts of kitchen furniture) More and more uninteresting. It is possible to find similar items at more economical prices elsewhere.

Good product, unfortunately products have become very expensive, those in Switzerland are the most expensive stores in the world, despite the rise in the Swiss franc the prices have not fallen, inflation has taken its toll. . For example for beds 🛌 we find them cheaper in other brands. I bought it elsewhere.
