Il Vero Pizza Pasta Kurier in Schlieren

Over 2 hours waiting for the delivery on a Tuesday night. Tried calling multiple times but no answer

Worst restaurant, the order never quite arrives and the delivery person always brings the pizza cold. Therefore not recommended!!!!

Order takes too long. more than 1 hour & 30 minutes. Phone call was not accepted. Pizza was cold.

Food arrived after almost 2 hours of waiting, during which I called several times (and no one picked up). The fries were soggy and the cheeseburger tasted comparable to a microwave burger from Lidl, only bigger. My drink was forgotten and instead of a Coke Zero, which I had also ordered, I got a Coke. The mousse was very tasty. What do I learn from this? If you have a craving at night, it's better to order a few chicken nuggets and McFlurry at the tried and tested McDonalds for less. Unless I want mousse.

Ordered yesterday, delivery time of 60 minutes. After 90 minutes I tried to call 4 times but no one picked up!! arrived after almost 120 minutes!! No apologies or no response to the missed calls😠 Impudence!! And the food was no longer what it used to be. If I could give 0 stars I would! Never again🤬

After waiting for over 100 minutes, I called the delivery courier and asked where my order was. He said it was still 10 minutes away, then he said 15 minutes at the most. I said but if it took any longer than 15 minutes I couldn't wait any longer because my children go to school. He said okay, I'll cancel the order. So he lied to me about 15 minutes. I hope I get my money back and don't talk about my anger. I've never experienced anything like that before.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 pizzas today and I had to wait 1.5 hours, it arrived more than an hour late and all my calls were ignored. I called 5 times within 10 minutes of each other and no one answered.

Was one of the best restaurants but since mid-2022 only bad experiences (got worse): cold food, wrong or missing ingredients & very cheeky couriers. I must have ordered 10 times. Today was the last time, after we received pizzas with only a fraction of the ingredients, had to wait 2 hours and were treated without adequate accommodation by the courier. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend Vero.

The salad came without sauce, the wrong pizza was delivered and the pizza contained stale mushrooms. Wasn't edible at all!

Ordered Pizza Desiderio (6 ingredients of your choice). It was very nice, recommended ☺

We ordered for the first time last week, unfortunately there was a mishap. I then called and received a very acceptable solution. One company one word, ordered again today... They remembered me and sent me my solution. Pizzas, burgers and the snacks we ordered were great. Thank you for everything

Really tasty, the pizza has always been great. There is also a little spicy chili sauce on the side. 👌🏼

2nd time in a row where I had to wait over 1 hour for food. After calling, they always said the courier would be there soon. I was also accused of lying and not placing the order early. Yes, everything was exactly as I ordered through eat.ch. It is not recommended.

Best pizza and cordon bleu in Zurich

one of the best places to order pizza or burgers the burger is super good especially the homemade sauce and the pizzas are all super nice I've probably ordered from Il vero over 30 times and definitely again 🙏🙏🙏 keep it up

Burgers and pizza very tasty!! Fast service!

I ordered the homemade cordon bleu with salad for the first time today. The breading is really crispy and fresh, you can see that it is actually homemade. The size is also good at 250 grams. The salad is also fresh and topped with tomatoes, corn, cucumbers and carrots, super tasty and a good portion too! The sauce also has a good taste. My new tip for cordon bleu from home 👌

Me and my girlfriend ordered 2 pizzas today. With seafood and shrimps. The delivery arrived quickly despite a lot of snow. It was very delicious. Everything was perfectly seasoned and fresh. The dough was really very good. We are really very positively surprised. We will definitely order from there again.

I ordered via eat.ch. 60 minutes later they call me and say they can't deliver because they're too busy in the restaurant. Not very believable! Bad service!

Sorry, but it couldn't be better! You don't expect much when you order a pizza, but the pizza from Il Vero is really good! Fast delivery, friendly staff and really good humor! Thanks for the jokes!
