McDonald's in Schlieren

Something is always missing when I order online. Today for example Drinks and sauces for nuggets. 👎🏼. Of course I'm not going back.

A McDonald's restaurant like everywhere else. Fast food, clean and the price is right. The Mc Caffe with the cheesecake is particularly recommended. The price for the cheesecake could be 20% less or there should be a combo offer.

That was our favorite Mac. Friendly staff, clean tables and food was fresh. If we felt like junk food then here❤️❤️❤️

Today I was there and ordered 1 menu6 chicken nugets + double cheeseburger. I only got the chicken nugets menu and only realized when I got home that they didn't have a double cheeseburger. Was very disappointed because I was happy. They also often forget to pack the sauces

Unfriendly service, no one from the staff smiles, the toilet needs to be cleaned regularly, you don't feel welcome

Unfortunately, after the renovation you now have to know the menu card by heart. Menu boards are now missing:( Likewise, the drink lid wasn't screwed on properly and it fell off and the whole drink was thrown out.... Always check the drink lid!!!

I'm always happy when the CBO is on the menu again. But unfortunately I was super disappointed today. I didn't want to comment on the way, but since I can't find an email address anywhere, this is the only way. The CBO was not stacked and the bread looked like it was placed under a roller first. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time at a burger in Schlieren. What's up?

What a disgrace.... last week we picked up 6 menus from mc Drive (just before work). When we arrived home, one menu was completely missing.. Calling or driving back wouldn't be worth it anymore because it was shortly before work.... today I came back to eat with my son and raised the problem. The manager completely ignored me... such an impudence January 16, 2024

When will you bring real vegetarian burger ( made with potatoes, peas, mix veg) back in Switzerland like available 10 years ago. Current veg option is plant based( thats soya as chicken taste) which is bad in taste.

The floor was sticky and a feeling of disgust arose. Mostly overcrowded unfortunately. Anyway, it could be cleaner. The Caesar salad is a joke, a piece of chicken with iceberg lettuce? That's it. Not again.

I was at McDrive on Saturday with my children and the young employee at the checkout was extremely friendly. While we waited he had a great chat with my children.

I've always been happy so far, but... The parking spaces are in short supply, and have gotten worse since the renovation...but now there are 2 McDrive lanes. Great ! Off to Speitenbach.

I ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats! The drink was half empty and the fries were ice cold!

Outrageous impudence! Never experienced anything so cheeky in a McDonalds. I wanted to scan a voucher code after queuing for 14 minutes at McDrive and the lady told me to queue again after the voucher had expired to scan at the entrance. With four hungry children in the car! Never again McDonald's streaks!!! Conclusion: McDonalds makes children and families unhappy...

1. You stand at the checkout and are not served for a long time even though there are enough employees on the go 2nd branch manager, no greeting, no politeness, was ignored when I wanted to say that I wanted to pay. After saying 3 times that I wanted to pay, she came even though she was standing 2 meters next to me. Very sad for such a large branch.

Too hot in the restaurant, the climate doesn't seem to work, the food was cold, served quickly but everything on the tray was cold, I'm used to something different, the employees were talking instead of caring about the quality.

Ordered at the kiosk - paid - waited with table service. Lady only brings me half and says the rest is over. (It can happen that you don't take it out of the system quickly enough and you can still order it) I want to use something else instead. When I don't want that, she tells me in all seriousness that I have to stand in line at the checkout if I want my money back and immediately. Since there were about 7 people in front of me, the whole thing took about 10 minutes. Of course the food was cold in the meantime! Thanks for that!

1. Well lately I've been waiting for her to at least be able to do better but still the same. I ordered bigmac with extra cheese but got original without cheese ice cream with extra more chocolate they don't just mix the bag in there no spoons no napkins how am I supposed to eat it. 2. At Drive I waited for 10 minutes why because employees were talking in the middle of working. 3. I've seen a few things but can't say any more. But now I just don't want to eat anymore. 4. I ordered with ice cream and got the wrong sauce without ice cream. I pay 70 for cold fries and I have cold food at school.

Why don't you have a toaster? The cheese wasn't melted on 8 burgers

Update July 6, 2023: Drive-in. The service was good, friendly and quick. The McCrispy was incredibly bad. I was at McDonalds Kölliken on Monday and it was excellent and crispy as it should be. The Mäc in Schlieren is one of the worst I've ever visited... it's unbelievable how different the quality can be. Absolutely to be avoided. Why isn't the quality checked by McDonald's Switzerland??? One of the worst McDonald's. Burgers are usually just thrown into the packaging, sauce is minimal. The French fries are usually old and you only get the rest, small pieces that should actually be thrown away. The portions of fries are usually only 3/4 full, if at all. This was not just a one-off, but also a system. In my opinion, the one in Regensdorf is the best with consistent quality. If you're going to leave CHF 20 to 25 lying around, then please get good quality. Unfortunately no photos available.

Restaurant was very clean although I visited during a busy time. Service was friendly. The order was made complete without mistakes.

I also think 9.50 for this little Homestyle Chargrill Veggie is steep. Cheese, sauce, salad quickly thrown in, nice on the edge so that everything falls out immediately, great job for the price, pff!

If it doesn't have a cup, pet gives us a bottle which is really stupid!

Received the wrong product once again. We ordered a veggie honey mustard and received a chicken burger. Unfortunately, we didn't notice it until we got home, but we went straight back to the restaurant to exchange the burger. There we were refused the exchange, the reason being, "But the receipt says normal cicking on it"...which is logical if the gentleman at the Mc Drive took it the wrong way. As a vegetarian, we couldn't eat the chicken burger and we didn't want to pay again for a new burger either. Very poor customer service, there should be a review from above...

It's clean, staff are friendly and efficient, the orders placed were the orders received which is always nice. As McDonalds go, this is a fairly good one. The update is that there's no change, this is still a good example of the chain.

Almost every time recently, the order is incorrect. There's always something missing or the wrong thing. Today I specifically pointed out that you should check everything properly. And when I got home I saw that almost everything was wrong or too much and that I had paid too much. Do I really have to check the entire order every time at the checkout or at McDrive.....? when so many people line up and wait. it has become really difficult.

Food fine, tables a little greasy, you should just leave wet towels and cherries at the tables, then everyone can clean up after themselves or you can quickly clean up yourself before you leave would be nice

I ordered BigMac Menu. The burger was freshly prepared, you could see and taste it, but the fries were terrible, I had to throw up and slept for hours afterwards. It felt like poisoning. I think you should change the frying oil a little more often. 👍🏼

Macarons were totally rubbery. Big Mac and fries only lukewarm. It wasn't enjoyable.

For the third time in 6 months the order was put together incorrectly. I didn't report the first two orders, but today it really blew me away. Today I ordered a Big Tasty DOUBLE Menu, a Big Mac Menu and other dishes. When I opened the packaging at home, I discovered that a McChicken instead of a BigMac and a Big Tasty were packed in the normal size. I don't think that's okay because I ended up having to pay more. I don't think you would have the time or joy if everyone checked their orders on site.

We were in McDrive today and ordered a Happy Meal for our 3 year old son and we got spicy nuggets instead of “normal” nuggets. Incredible! It's better to check your order yourself on site! NEVER against this branch!

I ordered a Mcflurry with Daim and extra cram sauce. For a teaspoon of sauce 60 rp. I think it's way too much. After 5 minutes. An almost completely melted ice cream arrived and the waitress didn't realize what the problem was. Later I got a ragusa glace with chocolate sauce. At the checkout I was told that this is what Daimglace looks like, even though there are clearly nuts inside. On the third try it worked.
