The service was somewhat chaotic during peak times. But the staff is friendly. I think maybe not enough staff members to serve so many people. The food (poke) was decent, and the coffee was good as well. It is not a 5* place due to the imperfect service but it is definitely a good place in the iconic location.

The food was very tasteful, we had sushi and a pokebowl. The ambiance was nice actually even though the description is a cafetaria. The music was a bit too loud for us, which could be because of the table we sat on. All in all, nice experience and would recommend it if you like Asian food.

I'm excited! The poke bowl was excellent. It was a large portion for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the tofu pieces had no taste, which cannot be said about the remaining delicious ingredients. The service staff was attentive, friendly and even spoke German. This place is going on my list of places to visit again. See you soon!

Coffee quality and range good. Outside area dingy and untidy, tables dirty (the table was not wiped down during the entire stay). Service quality below ground: unfriendly, inattentive, visibly untrained staff, very long waiting times (we waited at least 20 minutes before we were allowed to order something). It's a shame for such a great location.

Terrible drink! In the enchanting Piazza Grande in Locarno you can enjoy wonderful drinks of all kinds. Capable bartenders will give you the best advice. Extremely expert when it comes to the drink par excellence, His Majesty coffee! They do it anyway and have a really good brand of their own!!!! They also prepare sushi, Poke and other delicacies that are absolutely worth trying!

In my opinion, the bar with the best coffee in Locarno. Located in Piazza Grande in the direction of the castle 🏰. It offers a beautiful view over the entire square and the stop is a pleasure not to be missed. In addition to coffee ☕️, herbal teas, drinks and excellent croissants, there is a delicious lunch that is always current and tasty. I stop with pleasure every time I come to the city to taste their delicacies and get away from the routine, even for a moment. Highly recommended!!!

Definitely and surprisingly positive. I didn't know about this place but, despite being in Switzerland, you eat well, abundantly and you spend the right amount, or rather, less than expected in relation to the quality and quantity of the ingredients. Very courteous and prepared service, quick preparation times and, as already mentioned, really honest prices. Large space and plenty of seats, impeccable general cleanliness and order. If you happen to be in the Locarno area, in the centre, you have to go here to eat, obviously if it's your thing😊👍😉

Afterwards, like all the other guests, we felt ignored. Although the restaurant is nicely decorated at first glance, upon closer inspection it becomes clear that the furnishings are extremely cheap and it is also very dusty. We would have expected more for this price.

I've been twice, I like the fact that there are alternative drinks to Milk; Soy/Almond/Coconut.... The boy was kind, but we had to call him to serve us, the place was empty. After taking the order, (3 coffees), he personally went to Congo to collect coffee beans... I used the toilet, and it was really dirty and disgusting first thing in the morning, the room was full of dust and had little attention to hygiene!

The coffee was nothing special, the cappuccino was lukewarm, there was no hand paper in the bathroom.

Everything excellent as always. I only have one observation that made me remove a star: next time I would like to be assigned a waiter who is a little more helpful and less grumpy... My friend felt uncomfortable when I had instead assured her of a good environment . I made a figure a bit like this. I have always frequented Inka, especially when it debuted. Varied, interesting menu, all super tasty. I drank a very good and particular coffee here. Too bad for the management of the last few months. Disorganization reigns supreme, the constantly changing staff is not well prepared to handle customer questions. And unfortunately last time I found a hair in the croissant. Not to mention the fact that there was a smell of rotten fruit and the place was full of midges. Unacceptable considering the prices. FOR ME IT'S A NO. Cleanliness and organization first of all, qualities that no longer belong to inka.

Great modern style coffee shop! One of the only places doing fair trade and specialty roasted coffees in the area. Great service, wonderful coffee, and we were excited to finally find oat milk! The barista told us that he had reached out personally to Oatly to get it into the region. These guys really seem to care about coffee culture and it shows! Definitely recommend - the latte was delicious and the milk was even poured tableside. Nice touch :)

Well the first time I was there for lunch during the week, we waited 45 minutes to get 2 pokes. Let me start by saying that the restaurant was not crowded. Taking a 1 and a half hour work break, I had to gulp it down. The waitress wanted to offer us coffee to apologize but we refused. I wanted to give it another chance before judging the place, this time I chose dinner. Here too we had to ask the waitress to come and take the order. This time we waited 15 min. Nothing to say about the food, good but the service is really disappointing. Sin. One star for the dishes which are good

We went for an aperitif. Good Prosecco and white wine enjoyed with Futomaki. This is how you can start your lunch. This restaurant/bar is clean and modern. A welcome alternative to the otherwise rather dingy bars on the Piazza Grande.
