Honestly not good. no consistency, no taste. Nothing ! The mix was really not good. Go your way

The kebab was infamous. The meat had no taste. It looked like plastic. The gravy sauce was almost absent. Address to avoid.

I was disappointed that I was refused a glass of water when I took a dish for 22 francs

Delicious Doner. Friendly personnel. Very convenient location. Overall it is very good place if you are hungry.

If you are hungry, you will be served a good kebab sandwich. The meat is good and not too fatty and the sandwich is crispy and tender (one of the best breads I have tasted). On the other hand, don't expect a warm welcome. The staff is cold, sarcastic, bordering on haughty. Frankly, avoid if you want to be considered human. No sense of social contact! It's disappointing. Change the staff and I'll give it 4 stars.

For me the best veal kebab in the region.

I tell you what I experienced in this restaurant, To begin with, it's the first time in my life that I've entered a restaurant and it doesn't inspire confidence in me, the unpleasant staff ask you for a coffee they won't bring it to you, ask you for water for the little boy they say I don't have the right, And when you leave you say goodbye politely and they scold you without the slightest response So how can we explain such behavior towards customers, for such a service it is shameful to ask to collect our money bunch of idiots

Really shocked!! I had already gone there several times to get the same thing but now, they fell apart! A box that has shrunk by more than half, and what's more, for a veggie box they have a meat doner box price (CHF 13.- but therefore without meat as I asked) + CHF 2.- per falafel (j was surprised to be asked how much falafel) So CHF 19.- for the smallest box I've ever seen in my life in a kebab with 3 falafels (because "falafels are more expensive"), I ask with fries but I have to fight for it add 3 pieces of salad inside (something I have always had without problem, and which I announce when ordering) + unpleasant x1000, so never ever friends

You will feel like visiting this restaurant when you have no other options. Chicken shawarma is one of the best dishes offered by the restaurant.

I don't know what to say but please please do not spend any penny in this place. How small do you have to be to want to make fun of handicapped people? While we were eating, the manager and staff made fun of my disabled child in front of everyone. I begged them with tears in my eyes not to do this but I was told to quickly finish our meal and leave. Believe me,I cannot believe what I experienced in the middle of Europe. I have been reporting them to every disability aid organizations in Europe. My daughter and I haven't been able to sleep for days because of the trauma we've been through.

Located conveniently near the main tram-bus-train station, serving Halal Middle Eastern dishes like lamb, beef, and chicken shawarma with friendly staff speaking Kurdish-Turkish-Persian-etc. I have enjoyed enjoying eating there three times during my 4 nights stay!

Ordered to take away me and my boyfriend are English they repeatedly mocked me in French after explaining I don’t speak much French, I got to my hotel with the food and couldn’t even take a bite as the chicken had the most rancid smell I have ever experienced, please avoid at all costs!!!

For a kebab that is super well placed and within reach of everyone traveling to Geneva, it's a big disappointment and it's a shame. Rude and unfriendly staff! A simple question and we are entitled to dry answers. It's like we're disturbing. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have left straight away. Very minimalist quantity and bland meat. Go your way, place to avoid.

Petty staff and manager who wouldn’t give me an extra plate to share food with my mother. I ordered a plate of beef shawarma with fries and asked for an extra plate only to hear the waiter say “One order one plate” I then asked a different waiter who went to get one for me, only to see a manager looking guy telling him to not give me the plate. I would’ve walked right out of the place if I haven’t paid for the food already. Apparently taking care of one extra plate proves to be too difficult for them. I feel sorry for the nice waiter who has to work under such management.

Brought my friends to something to eat before travelling but we ended up with dissapointment. My meat in the box was raw and too salty to eat (had to pour enough yoghurt to neutralize). The young man who took our orders was simply a racist. Would appreciate if he mention earlier that he naturally hate serving blacks. This is my second time at the place, but am done! Never coming again, I know good places around the area.

They don't provide water if you ask for it, even though they have a tap and unoccupied cups. They want you to buy water at double the price. The prices on the menu are not accurate; I ordered a kebab for ten francs and pointed to it on the menu; When I went to pay, they presented me with a bill for 12 francs. It was not an encouraging experience. I don't think I'll go back...

Istanbul Kebab's lack of responsibility and customer service was truly appalling. Not only did they sell poorly cooked French fries at an expensive price even for Geneva, but when I reached out to address the issue a day later, they insisted the problem was mine for not complaining immediately. This refusal to acknowledge their mistake and their attempt to shift the blame onto me have left me extremely disappointed with their service. I strongly don't recommend their food.

I would like to point out that this is the most expensive dish on the menu! We asked for a carafe of water which was refused!!! The really unpleasant, hot-headed, and unfriendly waiter told us that we can only have a glass of water if we have a drink. My sister has a soda and I ask for a glass of water because I don't take sugar, I'm diabetic! And he refuses!😱. I went to see the boss at the end of our meal to tell him that it was unacceptable to refuse ONE glass of tap water!!! To a customer who takes 2 of the most expensive dishes from your menu with a soda in a heatwave!!!!!!! It was 38° in the shade!!! The boss said to me: “can you imagine if everyone asks me for water I won’t make it?” I told him that it doesn't matter!!! that it was really cruel in the heatwave to refuse a glass of water to a customer who pays for 2 most expensive dishes with a soda and that it is really unacceptable!!! He wanted to give me a glass of water at the end, I refused! I went to buy a bottle of water at the coop next door!!! And he lost at least 8 customers because me and all my family will never return there again!! (there are enough kebabs in the city!) And also some colleagues and friends with whom I shared my experience will never come back!!! Ps: in Switzerland it is forbidden to refuse a glass of tap water to a customer, heatwave or not!!!

I ended up calling the police because of the mistreatment I received. Disgusting people, poorly educated, they don't deserve to be in a country like Switzerland or anywhere in the world. There are millions of better kebabs than this. For me they can seal it, I'm sure they are even capable of spitting on your plate just for having a bad day. Vomitive.

This is the first Kebab I've seen that offers 3 types of Skewer: Lamb, Beef and Chicken. I tried the Lamb Kebab and I found the sandwich quite well loaded by adding a plate of Fries (which I personally found a little too thin). On the other hand, regarding the Meat itself, it has the merit of having the real taste of lamb, but is unfortunately inferior to competitors in the same sector, with more pieces of fat.

I went today with my boyfriend to give the box the taste was not good he didn't take into account what we wanted the box was not there same as in the image it's was much too small and we had to pay 13fr for it I'm sorry but I will never eat there again or recommend it there there was only the kebab and fries in it we couldn't even choose anything else ingredient like salad etc. they said we couldn't. Honestly the worst service, I was insulted by the server telling me I don't speak French when I was clearly speaking my mother tongue (french Canadian), I've asked for the Jogurt sauce to be replaced by humous because of dietary restrictions and the guy said no that's extra... This place WILL charge you extra but won't do any extra for you I'm fact they will insult you and make you feel like you're from an other planet.

This was the only place where we felt free and communicated in Turkish. I also like Turkish cuisine. The waiters greeted us with a smile. These were the best moments of my life.

I ordered a coke while waiting. 5 or 10 minutes later the same server asks me if I order something. Soggy, impossible to eat, and tasting vinegary, the normally grilled meat was slimy, the tt stuck to the foil, as if it had been reheated….and the vinegar…!
