Starbucks Coffee in Genève

We went for a coffee with friends and 2 young children. The drinks were very good, and the staff welcoming. We will come back!

I had already been here a few times, and the food is pretty mediocre. There are a few Starbucks around it that make better drinks. Today, I came here with a friend who couldn’t eat anything with gluten in it (or with cross contamination). When I mentioned the detail to the baristas, requesting them to check if there was gluten in the stuff, they looked at us weirdly, laughed, and then laughed about us asking, like if it was obvious. Then we asked about cross contamination because we know that some products they put in the blenders (like oat milk) have gluten and the employees and the (I think) manager started laughing at us loudly like if they had never heard anything funnier. Then, with a very arrogant and mocking attitude, they asked us what we wanted. Honestly, we didn’t want to take anything anymore, not only because they didn’t take 2 seconds to check if there was any gluten or cross contamination (so we didn’t trust the fact that they told us that it has no gluten), but also because they took us as some sort of stupid people who know nothing about food. Please hire some educated, polite, and respectful workers who know how to deal with allergies because I think that this is truly unacceptable.

Unfortunately bad experience... A blueberry muffin that looked fresh but tasted like beef... Hostess not very motivated even at 10:30 a.m. to serve us!

Well-made drinks, comfortable sofas, tables are often cleared and clean. Only small problem: no gluten-free options are offered among the pastries... too bad!

Beautiful place by the lake, great for a casual meeting.

Only one toilet for men and women ! An App only valid if you have a Swiss Google play account ! But prices are crazy even for a basic cup of coffee. Luckily for them it's the only coffee around.

It has a very nice view of the canals and the city. They have a nice outdoor sitting area. A very convenient spot to have your coffee im Genève.

Food and coffee were great. The staff is nice and efficient. However toilets stinks : horrible smell ! Where you get the gag reflex . and this is deeply unacceptable

The place took your coffee and it turned out to be not suitable for sitting in. The second thing is that their coffee is not decorated in that branch

I had hot chocolate from Starbucks. Very well prepared and presented. Delicious! Staff was helpful and polite. They were cleaning the tables regularly. The toilet was clean and well maintained. Outside area clean and covered on the top which makes it usable even if it is raining outside.

In the heart of Genève, on a street with wonderful views, having a drink here has been a very good idea.

That’s Starbucks I am used to all around the world. Good coffee, nice atmosphere and Friendly staff even when busy . I took my time to add the extras I want …yay . Having a coffee in a place is an experience not only a regular drink .

Really decent Starbucks as always, with a great view! Can’t beat a warmed up cinnamon roll and a lovely fresh drink! A little pricey in comparison to others but it’s Geneva, so this is to be expected.

Great starbuck branch in a great location ( near the fountain) The cheesecake is extremely delicious and the coffee is excellent as always!

Nice clean Starbucks with central location. Cheaper than surrounding options for a quick bite to eat or drink. F Much better than UK stores. Service was good and drinks fine. Food was only half warm with pockets of cold. OK in an emergency. Also has free toilet unlike most places in Geneva we visited.

A very well located place, since it is next to the lake and you can walk and enjoy the views. The only bad thing is that the coffee they gave us was a little bad. On the other hand, the staff is very good and the atmosphere is the same.

Great Starbucks, good service, and for American customers yes they have air conditioning AND you can't use your American Starbucks app (has to be CH).

It's near the jet d'eau so you can watch Swiss people living their life's and drink your hot drink because it's cold in Switzerland :') very clean and fast service. I never got my order this quickly in a Starbucks before.

I was there on Sunday evening, around 7 p.m., and found a very dirty toilet there. Mountains of dirty papers that were already spilling out onto the floor, and it was clear that there had been no cleaning there for a long time. This is completely unexpected for Switzerland and very unpleasant. It's still a catering establishment.

Tried their app here, skipped the queue line and got served in no time 😁 Great location 😍

A magnificent view of the harbor. And at night with the platforms lit up, it’s wonderful! Too bad the cafe is so small. From a large American brand, we expected more space. The staff was friendly even after 2 mistakes on our part.

Absolutely shocked by the behavior of two salespeople at the checkout this Sunday, December 4 at 3 p.m. One is called Jonathan and the other "Sam", I couldn't read well. A customer who doesn't speak French had just paid for his drinks, and the seller whistled in his face and said "come on, let's clear the way". When I show up to order, the two salespeople ask me, very loudly, “it stinks, do you smell that?!”. Confused, I respond that I only smell perfume, and they then respond "he put on way too much and his perfume stinks." This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and deplorable in the eyes of the customer. There should be consequences for such disrespect. Starbucks is the only coffee shop where I've noticed twice now that the salespeople are making fun of people.

Starbucks is the same everywhere so it is no surprise that it is good. Sometimes the friendliness of the staff is what differs but in fact the people were very sweet and helpful. I enjoyed my drink and the ambiance was very nice as well.

It's more expensive compared to other places in Switzerland, but I was satisfied because it was in a place with a nice view!

Starbucks...just as you know it Fine location but the Expresso is regular.

20.90CHF for 2 refresha and a banana bread… On top of that the waiter who gave us our glasses didn't even say hello he was too busy serving his colleague or friend on the side he forgot our straws when we dared to ask him for some nicely he threw them on the counter without even looking at us or even saying goodbye. Really very very disappointed with the welcome it was certainly the end of the day but I think we must have a minimum of friendliness and respect towards our customers Mr T! I will never come back again.

I order the Ice Matcha Latte and extra 5 pump of classic. They put 1 scoop of Matcha only and no syrup. This place is destroying Starbuck reputation.

Nice location, comfortable enough to get some work done while having a cup of coffee.

On the very lake of Geneva, so the crowds are quite large because of the tourists who pass there. It is not difficult to wait for ten minutes for great coffee, the working team is well-coordinated and smiling.

Below par coffee. I had to try to see if I'm wrong about Starbucks coffee. I would not recommend.
