italian projet in Valbroye

We discovered this Italian restaurant/bistro today. We had a pumpkin soup, pasta with aubergine and courgette with cevapcici and a grilled potato, delicious. I guess they also have cakes and other snacks sometimes in the afternoon. The atmosphere is cosy. We couldn't use the outdoor terrace because of the weather. I can recommend the place, even just for a wine, beer or schnapps.

Deplorable service, boss who barks at you, Without notice overcharged us because we were eating the delicious sandwiches from the neighboring bakery. filled ashtray not emptied on the tables. I left two electronic cigarettes on the table for two minutes and they disappeared as if by magic even though there were no customers. the coffees were good… In summary, an unforgettable experience…

Excellent service and delicious meal. The boss is so helpful and friendly. His colleague is as cute as anything. We recommend and we will come back!!!

We stopped for lunch for lunch while passing through the region. Salad as a starter is barely three lettuce leaves 4.50 chf, then penne a la carbonara I have the impression from the taste that it is frozen served without cheese, you have to ask, 21chf the pasta dish served in portions children, it hurts the buttocks. Then vegetable quiche, once again a mini portion with an industrial taste. Then the waitress made a mistake about the bill which came to 44chf without having had the feeling of eating correctly. I tell the owner you are lucky to have this restaurant in a village, because in town for such mediocrity on your plates you will pay cash for it with the competition.

Never come to these restaurants, these are a scam, unpleasant boss, not smiling and not professional at all! Take advantage of a waitress like me for whom I worked 6 days for 68 hours and who did not pay me and release me. Avoided and took too high for what knows. Big scam!

The meals are excellent and varied. Boss, and server smiling and very friendly!
