The food was good but even though we didn't order hot pepperoni, but NOT spicy, we got spicy ones and even had to pay for them. I don't understand why people ask you what you want when you can't get it. We complained and didn't eat them, but still paid 2 x 12.90 Chf.👎

You have a large selection; Vegan, veggie and for meat eaters. The food is well seasoned and tastes great. The dessert too. The waitress is nice, I would recommend it.

I reserved a table for lunch today and was really looking forward to the food. When we arrived and ordered it took forever for the food to arrive. The fries were served first and then the main course (cold). The house yoghurt sauce was also ordered, but it wasn't brought... No one came over and asked how the food tasted. Was the last time!

Delicious food, a bit expensive but bearable. Minus points are given for expensive ingredients (onions, ajvar, kajmak) - everything is charged extra and expensively.

Never again. We made a reservation for 7:45 p.m. on Saturday. We waited 10 minutes until the table was clean. Ok, I thought to myself. 5 people and 1 child. We ordered 10 cevapcici each and 5 for the child. We also added a portion of chips and 3 sausages. First 3 plates came, after about 5 minutes the other 3 plates came. She said chips and sausage are coming soon. Everyone had a different salad on their plate, which is strange. When we had finished eating, she brought the 3 sausages and fries. I say to her: yes, now you don't have to bring it anymore, we're full... she looked at me and says: yes hehe and just puts it on the table. I immediately got up and asked about the bill: almost 200 CHF for the unprofessionalism and poor service. Never again... and overpriced for such Cevapcicis. In Zug it tastes much better and twice as cheap, sorry.

Had lunch here today with my brother. So the service is simply amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. During the meal we were even asked if everything was OK and if we needed anything else. Simply great. The cevape were also super tasty and first of all the bread….🤤. If you come by here, be sure to take cevape, the grilled vegetable mix and kajmak. You will float in 7th heaven. I enjoyed it so much today that I'm back here this evening (now I'm even writing in the restaurant) and will take something with me for my wife and children. As I said, if you haven't been to Jack's Cevap yet, you're missing out. So come and let your taste buds be pampered.

I can highly recommend everyone to visit the newly opened Jack's Cevap House Zurich restaurant! In her style everything is on one level! From the location to the delicious food and excellent service! We will definitely have many more meetings! MHH tasty...

In my opinion not as good as described here. The cevapcicis as well as the bread, the pepperoni and the cabbage salad had no taste and were not good or even seasoned. The Kajmak was also frozen and had lost its taste due to the cold. Conclusion everything is too overpriced for this service. If you would like to eat good and tasty cevapcicis from home, then I recommend Vrata Bosne in Safenwil.

Friends recommended the restaurant to us, it was recommended from A for absolutely to Z for Zuperb. We had the mix plate and it was heavenly. The service was excellent and a quick kitchen with great food. We even had our dog with us, here we were given a bowl of water and the icing, and they even brought the dog food. I have never experienced such attention. Therefore 5 stars for everything, will come again.

I've been walking past this restaurant for years. If I had known that the food at Jack's Cevap House was so fine, I would have eaten there much earlier. Very friendly service. I will gladly come again.

Everything was bland and not seasoned

Very expensive: 1.5 liters of mineral water 16.50 - very expensive. We had to pay 49.50 for 2x1.5 liters of cola and 1x1.5 liters of mineral water. At the 5 star Hotel Schweizerhof you don't pay too much. Cevap cici was good and we paid 16.50 for a portion.

Very cool concept! Really delicious food, fast and attentive service, beautiful/modern location where you feel comfortable, reasonable prices (price/performance ratio is right). I ate cevapcici and was really very satisfied. The music playing in the background was totally pleasant. The special was also prepared almost to German quality ;-) I will gladly come again. We were there with a group of 18 people. Everything went great with the reservation, and the food was also delicious! However, there is a lot more to gastronomy. We were brought to the table two too many drinks, for whatever reason. At the end they were still on the table and “of course” they had to be paid for. Our last man at the checkout was seriously charged for a sauce (ajvar) by a colleague because he had forgotten it beforehand. It's not about the few francs, but about the principle, which has left a bad impression on many of this group. What a shame! Stinginess isn't always cool... LG
