Ehm the team and the reception were very friendly. The price for the car (third-party brand) was a little high, but in the end it was my decision to buy it. I received a very friendly welcome, was given the key and the rest took care of itself. While I was waiting I was given a delicious cappuccino in the great coffee shop. Simply TOP!

I have always been satisfied with Garage Jensen. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the cost of the service. I was shocked when I received the invoice for the 10,000km service. For me this is the last service I did with them, which is a shame.

Exemplary company with top service and competent employees. Instead of unnecessary work, you are promptly talked out of expenses and always look for the best price/performance. I don't know what's going on but the vehicle always feels better, newer and cleaner after the service.

Unfortunately there is only one star for the poorly maintained car wash. Was there on Saturday like every week. The top of the vehicle was not dried (the hairdryer did not come down) and the right was not soaped. The same thing with the following vehicle. Shame about the money. Update: yes the new one is great. I wanted to use it, but a running (!) vehicle blocked the system at 6 p.m. Not a soul far and wide. The environment is happy...

I've never seen such a bad car wash in my life, a real shame for this price I'd rather drive dirty!

I went to see the cars on a Sunday. The store was closed but I want to go back to test the service.

We bought our new Toyota recently from Jensen AG. They presented expertise, professionalism and supportive attitude throughout the whole process covering every details, meaning after the contract was concluded, we only needed to return to the store for the car and the keys some days later. We had a wonderful experience and can only recommend their services. Remark: Speaking German poorly is no barrier, they do speak good English.

We spontaneously went by Jensen AG in Rümlang on Saturday to "look at the window" and were "picked up" within a very short time during our stroll in front of the building and asked in a very friendly way about our wishes and interests. I was greeted unannounced in a very friendly manner at reception and the saleswoman served me straight away. I was interested in a Toyota Yaris Premium. The saleswoman immediately offered me a test drive. She gave me a lot of interesting information during the trip. I was and am thrilled and ordered a new Yaris after the trip. After a week I was able to pick up the Yaris and I'm thrilled! I can really recommend Jensen Garage!

When I bought the car they promised me that the service would cost around 300 francs. But the reality was totally different results, the fun cost me over 750 francs. Never again Jensen AG in the future! My business is in the city of Winterthur, where we also have Toyota representatives Emil Frey AG, so I can save myself the hassle of driving back and forth and also pay for coffee while I wait! Once but never again!! I was there again last week! Everything went well as planned! I hope it continues like this!

We recommend! I contacted Garage Jensen for a viewing appointment/test drive. Arranging an appointment was easy and the car was beautifully presented when I arrived. The welcome was very friendly (I was very impressed that EVERY employee I saw greeted me, I've never experienced that anywhere before), the advice from Mr. König was excellent and detailed. I always receive a warm welcome with my car. I have a Yaris, built in 2007, unfortunately with a lot of defects. and electronic problems. My Yaris is from Jensen Garage. But now it's about the company and not about my crazy car. 😛 Service. Top. I am always kept up to date with explanations of how what had to be done. My tires are washed and put in a bag. You can also have your tires stored here, but I still have space. The staff is willing to help and I always have new niceties. I can only recommend this Toyota Garage.

I was only here to wash my car, as there is a car wash with a vacuum cleaner. The car wash was too expensive and the vacuum cleaner didn't work. The only positive thing is that it isn't very busy and you can wash your car in peace and without people from a certain region of the world with their want-to-be carts.
