Super quick and love their juices

The atmosphere is nice) Was decent cappuccino 😁But I think a little overpriced 😕Mabe because I'm not from Zürich 😅

Unfortunately the shop was super dirty and you didn't feel comfortable sitting down at all. Both the tables, chairs and floor were dingy. For us, we'll go somewhere else next time, even if the juice itself was okay

Loud music even on the toilet. High prices

Always recommended if you are looking for a good brunch take away. Very good juices and sandwiches.

I had an avocado sandwich. It was absolutely incredible!! However very expensive. 18 francs for a sandwich is a lot, however the sandwich is enough for a meal. Also, zürich is expensive everywhere. They were fast, they have a big selection and offer different milks when you order tea (also plant-based). They have the calories under the food labeled.

Best store to have breakfast ever , I love Tunacado , Acai bowl and power shake .

Great music, nice atmosphere to get some work done, velvety pumpkin spice latte (will never get the one from Starbucks again 😉) and the cherry on top is the staff, particularly Elisavet who was super friendly and kindly offered to charge my phone while I was working. Would have given a big tip if I had coins on me 🙈

Good selection of sandwiches, juices, smoothies and hot drinks. If you're going at lunch time on a weekday, do yourself a favour by downloading the app and preordering as it gets busy

Staff would rather chat than serve quickly at lunchtime and clear dirty dishes from the tables.

After being extremely disappointed with the lack of content in this premium priced sandwich I wrote a complaint. Haven’t heard anything from their side months later .

Very courteous service and good preparation (decent filled avocado toastie and tuna salad bowl) - good for an express lunch and an iced latte afterwards.

The employee Vanessa was really kind and she made our experience at joe and the juice lovely, one of my favorite branches simply because of her welcoming attitude. She is amazing !!

Highly recommended for their juices, I had the Joe’s one, very refreshing during summer days.

On Sunday at 1750, I went with a friend to order a sandwich and the clerk (small guy with long hair) treated us very rudely. If I go to a shop and the closing time is 1800, that means I can eat until 1800. I am sorry that this lazy employee ruins the reputation of the shop (I have already spent hundreds of francs on sandwiches) but I will not go there again.

Only 1 person was working, long waiting times, no avocado and then 4.30 for 33ml of water… very disappointing

really good juices and amazing sandwiches but quite overpriced and the sweet foods are not as good.

Price/performance is not always right. The smoothies and juices taste fresh. Staff is friendly. But the sandwiches are burnt too often. I can also toast a piece of bread for 5 minutes if I wanted to.

Good smoothie place in Zurich! I recommend the Stress Down Smoothie. Feel free to stop by after lunch.

I can only agree with some of the recessions. SAT. been there for the 2nd time. Young, inexperienced people. Cannot speak German, Swiss. Seemingly disinterested, no thought of service. Suddenly a lady sits down at the customer's table with a drink. NEVER AGAIN. There are 1,000 other, better restaurants in ZH.

Has completely subsided. Staff often understand German and English. It's very chaotic even though there's not much going on. For a few times now the shakes have always been wrong. So in terms of taste, it's at the bottom of the drawer. It doesn't really look hygienic either.

You pay 6.50CHF for a (good) cappucino that you have to wait 20 minutes for. That's in the morning on a weekday, when people want to quickly grab something on the way to work... It's been like this several times, even when 2 people are on shift. Consistently bad service, not friendly compared to other J&Js, not going back. Unfortunate, because what they have is good.

I only received 2 of 6 cappuccinos ordered. The delivery man said that was all he had and ran away while I tried to speak with him. This could easily have been fixed if the store simply had a phone number to call, instead I am missing 4 drinks I ordered and will probably have to go into the store for a refund. Terrible service.

the shakes/smoothies are always different here!! You never know what you're going to get because every time the drink tastes different than the last time (usually worse). For paying so much money, the quality should always be the same!!!!

The thing I had was labeled Acai Bowl, but it definitely had nothing to do with it. That was really ugly :/

Great coffee and smoothies! It has vegan options and the staff is very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, they don't have vegan pastries. Either way, highly recommended!

Unfortunately I had the same experience as the person below. The man who is supposed to help you with your order is smoking. In addition, when he serves you, he is totally unfriendly and demotivated. Not JOE & THE JUICE style.

Sandwiches were served cold and not toasted enough. By the way, The guy who’s sitting outside smoking is the waiter/server who ignored the customers and instead smokes outside. What a bad service! Joe & The Juice you should higher better people

The juices are okay and fresh. On the other hand, you wait with no end in sight. This should be improved with speed!
