Great food, friendly staff, nice environment...

Ate stroganoff with fries for 20.-. Got very little meat. The taste was ok but not something that would make you want to eat there again.

Kalbsläberli very dry Rösti dry and burnt. Far too little for a large portion and it wasn't warm enough either. Very disappointed. Won't come back.

I was there for lunch 6 times between November and December 2023. It was always very nice outside at the "Älplermagronen" which unfortunately I can't recommend as they were mass processed and not made with love... But otherwise I can recommend the place.

Some of the food wasn't really warm and the order was wrong. During dessert, the owner rubbed the tiramisu with her finger. Very unpleasant in terms of hygiene! Mistakes were also made with further orders. It used to be better, it's a shame that it is like this now. I wouldn't recommend it! Price/performance isn't right either.

We visited the restaurant to take a break while passing through. I had hash browns and a drink. The food was good and plentiful for the price. The seats outside are very pleasant. The only thing that didn't really impress me was the service. It felt a little like we were being served casually.

Fries just too greasy. We also told the waiter that it was a shame and he said that they hear that more often, so it's hard to understand why the fries aren't prepared differently.

There were 11 of us and everyone ordered a different dish, from pizza to the legendary chicken in Chörbli to Cordnon Bleu. Everything was perfect. We didn't have to wait too long (chicken, of course, always takes 20 - 25 minutes) until everyone had their food. Price and performance but also the service were right. We at MTV would love to come back

Great Egliknusperli eaten with a very good and extensive mixed salad. Price/performance is optimal. Next time we will try the chicken at Chörbli. Highly recommended restaurant with a beautiful garden.

The entire team is phenomenal.....from the cooks to the head of staff....we will be back if we can.

It's nowhere near what it used to be since the change in leadership. Rude and inattentive service. You don't feel very welcome anymore. And if you parked in a reserved parking area in front of the restaurant because you overlooked the sign, then you would receive a harsh reprimand from the hostess herself! It's a shame about the former and well-run restaurant...

Unfortunately, since the owner change, it's no longer what it used to be. Above all, the portions have become much too small.

I would recommend that you avoid the home delivery service. If I have to wait more than an hour beyond the agreed time for food, that's just bad. At least some information that it would be later would have been the least.

Significant deterioration since the change of ownership. Whether for pickup or home delivery the food is sloppy. Either entire orders are forgotten or the food is no longer edible because it sits around for a long time. Service in the restaurant was inadequate. Very unfortunate. I will no longer eat and/or order from Jordan.

It used to be an absolutely great restaurant where the food was sensational. Unfortunately very bad since the owner changed. The wood oven is no longer needed and the quality of the ingredients also leaves something to be desired. You won't see me here anymore, it's a shame!!!!!

We live in Sarnen and really liked this restaurant. It's not the same at all. The service is not good. We must react immediately. The food is good.

I loved the experience, I traveled practically 70 km for a spectacular meal, both for me and the rest of the family. Definitely an experience to repeat. Pleasant, calm and peaceful environment. I strongly advise you to visit the place.

Unfortunately my beef fillet was fried to death... saignant,, Bloody,, ordered. My companion had Ramschnitzel which was very good.

If you are looking to taste traditional Rösti served by friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, I highly recommend this place. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting area. Fresh, generous portion and very tasty food.

Every time we are in Sarnen we go to the Pizzeria Giordano for a gluten-free pizza. It tastes really good and we really appreciate that there are gluten-free pizzas. In addition, the service and the pizzaiolo are always very nice. Great, keep it up.

Gügeli in the basket is very good

We made a reservation in the pavilion, unfortunately that wasn't the case. We got a table between the coffee machine and the aquarium. Wasn't revealed. We then decided to only consume water and something small instead of a delicious dinner with wine etc.

It's really nice to sit outside in the inner courtyard, like your own village square. The small terrace that juts out over the river is totally idyllic and I personally find the tepaniaki options integrated into the table to grill yourself exciting and something refreshingly different.
