Went to the new Adler for coffee and dessert at 3:30 p.m. today after the walk. We ordered 1x Coupe Denmark, 1x banana split, 1x waffle with ice cream of your choice, 1x children's coupe Billy Smarties and 1x additional coupe. When the coups came, the waffle was missing. (Said service staff, unfortunately no more waffles) Sorry, you have to let us know when you order. No alternative was offered for the waffle, and so 1 person at the table didn't have any dessert. Coupe Denmark, chocolate sauce only available upon request, if you can call it sauce (cold chocolate dopping from the bottle, very thick). Children's coupe received Billy Smarties with very old hard gummy bears instead of Smarties. Additional coupe came as a mini instead of normal. Will not visit this restaurant again in the future.

Unfortunately, we were a bit unlucky during our visit: the generally nice waiter had terribly dirty fingernails, a no-go for me in a restaurant. Some of the schnitzels were undercooked and the pork wasn't very pleasant. The chicken was too far for that - so the whole thing was dry. The dirty spoons were very noticeable during dessert. The fact that paying with a credit card required several attempts due to the EFT device's poor connection to the Internet was no longer significant. It's a shame - we will avoid the location in the future.
