Und was mich in diesem Bistro erwartet hat, in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene,Gäste und freundlicher Bedienung\Service,Qualität von Speis und Trank,hat alle meine Erwartungen auf das angenehmste und positivste weit übertroffen.Wo man in den meisten Restaurants nachmittags nichts mehr essen kann, weil die Küche geschlossen hat, kann man hier zu jeder Zeit speisen und geniessen.Und wir wurden vom höchst sympathischen,gut aussehenden Kellner so aufmerksam und freundlich bedient,wie es manchmal in einem sogenannten Gourmettempel nicht vorkommt.Mein Cordon Bleu war auf jeden Fall grandios gut.Und auch die Portion war zu einem sagenhaft kleinen Preis überraschend gut.Also ich kann dieses Juans Bistro in Lyss nur allerbestens und jederzeit weiter empfehlen und nur bestätigen,dass es Freude macht hier Gast zu sein.Wahrlich jetzt erstaunt es mich nicht,dass hier zum Lunch etliche Bankangestellte und andere Arbeiter während der Arbeitswoche zu Gast sind.Ich auf jeden Fall freue mich schon auf das nächste Cordon Bleu.
