I have never been served so rudely. Friday morning before 8 a.m. I wanted to buy something on the way to work, but as soon as I walked in, the customers were rude to me. When I wanted to pay and the cashier made a mistake, she snapped at me and slammed the cash register. Honestly, none of us can do anything about your mood or your wrong career choice!

Was in the K Kiosk in the Müli Märt today, very unfriendly service. I had a code from the health insurance company to pick up something for free, it didn't work. She didn't make any effort to find a solution, on the contrary she wanted me to buy it. It wasn't the first time that this happened. It's just a bottomless impudence. If the lady doesn't feel like working, she should make room for someone who likes to work at the K Kiosk.

The saleswoman (not the young, little one with the beautiful eyelashes) prefers to chat with a friend in the store and then with a guy in front of the store instead of serving. When asked, she refers to her colleague. If she is on break, it would be appropriate to enjoy her time outside the shop. but it didn't look like that! she just didn't feel like it...

Refers to the kiosk in the Mülimärt (the employees at the train station are great!!!) : Today the employee's unfriendliness and unmotivation were exceeded to the maximum. At 5:26 p.m. (official closing time 6 p.m.!!!!) I wanted to buy ice cream with my 2-year-old son at the kiosk after shopping at the Migros opposite, which I had promised him. The ice cream is in a freezer in front of the kiosk, and the employee was just unplugging it and bringing it into the kiosk. 34 minutes before closing time, mind you. Then my question was “can we buy some more ice cream or are you closing?” The answer (or lie) in an aggressive and unfriendly tone “we are closing!!!!!”. Addendum, just as loud and unfriendly “and eating is forbidden!!!” - as mentioned, we were OUTSIDE the kiosk and I was still doing the rest of the shopping. The decision was quickly made not only today but never to buy there again. Of course, my little son noticed the situation and cried for ice cream. So we went back to Migros with its nice and motivated employees, who also stick to the opening times, and bought my son his ice cream there. When we came out, all the items that were outside the kiosk were inside and it looked like it was closed - 30 minutes before closing time.

Nice atmosphere, modern, nice salespeople, large kiosk offering. But it doesn't necessarily feel cheap and it feels cramped in the store because there are so many offers in a small space. In principle, however, a completely sufficient and usual kiosk offering.

We waited in line for more than half an hour on castle day. I'm surprised they didn't anticipate the event. The kitchen is very average and apparently of industrial production. The terrace, on the other hand, is welcoming and quiet.

It was pretty nice in itself, the quality was good, but the prices were also relatively high. What surprises me a little at the moment is that the restaurant has been closed for over a year and through the windows you can see the things 'rotting' on the shelves.

Review for Brezelkönig: Rude staff on March 6, 2024 at 10:07 am. The pretzels themselves are excellent. There was no greeting, no thanks or requests made. Not only did I notice this, but also other colleagues. I definitely won't buy any more pretzels with this employee around."

On the 25th of June, Saint John's Day, they didn't guarantee food for everyone with a lot of variety.. Around 8pm the only thing they had was meat and potatoes.. Rice, salad, peppers, among other things, were not guaranteed to reach all the people who had reservations

You should definitely avoid that. Changed names 100 times. Always the same unhygienic and unpleasant man who occasionally sleeps in the back room. I feel disgusted just imagining eating something there. Anyone who knows him will never be seen there again and that is a logical reaction to these circumstances.
