Even the service at McDonald's is friendlier...they better avoid the old lady

Yvonne is super friendly. The lady in the morning. Unfortunately the lady in the afternoon (long gray hair) is the unfriendly thing I've ever experienced. He insults you when you take out goods etc...unbelievable. Addendum; Maja and I (the aforementioned lady with the gray hair) have really developed. Get to know her, she is also friendly today. Just approach her with a smile... and everything will be fine!

Small kiosk with everything you need for a quick breakfast. The location next to the numerous bus and tram stops is very convenient

Is time to change the old lady to another motivated staff. Every time I get there, is she complaining and mooning around to clients... A lot of people need a job, and she doesn't like her work. Better change staff.

wanted after that After work I went to buy cigarettes with my girlfriend. Unfortunately she didn't have any ID with her so I showed myself. The woman was disrespectful, unfriendly and unmotivated. She didn't want to sell me the cigarettes even though I wanted to pay for it with my own money and I gave her the ID card. Very bad service. Will not enter this kkiosk again. You shouldn't let people like that work with people like that.

5.30 p.m. I was off work and wanted to get Zigis and RB, but even though the shop was open, the woman simply locked herself in and didn't open. Afterwards she even went to the coop 😂 The woman had short gray hair.

I left my Zigi Päckli lying around in the morning. After the holidays the saleswoman came to me and kept it until I came back. Good location, good service and small but nice.

The kiosk at the stop is run by extremely friendly staff. When I once asked for a pack of my cigarettes and she only had 5 packs, she offered to order more of my brand in the future. Since then I have only bought my cigarettes there. This is customer service.

I have never experienced such an unfriendly saleswoman. She sold me the wrong product and blamed me for everything, she didn't even want to give me my money back. I am extremely angry!!!!.... She didn't even want to tell me her name Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. A person like that shouldn't work in sales!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give 0 stars, I have rarely experienced such unfriendly salespeople, and you are treated like the last a**hole shortly before 7 p.m., but you are often already standing in front of the closed doors at 6:55 p.m. ...

It's been a real horror since the personnel change. Unfriendly, in a bad mood and the customers are lectured. Then they complain about the lack of customers... 👎

The staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly! When I paid with coins, the saleswoman made annoyed sounds, she couldn't even say hello!

Since new staff has been working at the kiosk, they have been totally unfriendly and incompetent. You can tell that they have absolutely no joy in their work.
