VERY RUDE STAFF I wanted to pay with 50€ because the exchange rate wasn't appropriate, so I didn't want to. The woman at the checkout became VERY energetic. The woman told me you can't cancel it. Sayings like; “You can do that in a Turkish shop” which I find racist. “This is a problem because of them you know” “It’s their fault” Sorry, but I worked at a kkiosk myself, it's nothing like that and there weren't any other customers there. Gets upset because she has to work at her place of work.

I'm otherwise very happy with Ikea, but the kitchen we installed had an assembly error. For 8 months now it's been a back and forth with new order numbers, forgotten repairs, an appraiser came, then it wasn't processed again. Getting a new cover is more than just a hassle. Very unfortunate

Admittedly, the employees really do a lot and still remain very friendly and customer-oriented. But the food is an absolute no go. The burger was cold, the cheese wasn't even slightly spread on the edge because it was probably added afterwards and the biggest shame: everything was literally flooded with ketchup. I had to throw the whole food in the trash and to be honest it ruined my desire for it. Maybe this staff should do a stage in Laufen to learn how to make a hamburger, but I think that such a provocation is no coincidence, some employee is taking revenge on someone. Certainly the worst Mac I've ever visited, just horrible crap...
