k kiosk in Pratteln

VERY RUDE STAFF I wanted to pay with 50€ because the exchange rate wasn't appropriate, so I didn't want to. The woman at the checkout became VERY energetic. The woman told me you can't cancel it. Sayings like; “You can do that in a Turkish shop” which I find racist. “This is a problem because of them you know” “It’s their fault” Sorry, but I worked at a kkiosk myself, it's nothing like that and there weren't any other customers there. Gets upset because she has to work at her place of work.

Very unfriendly and unsystematic

Very unfriendly employees, got upset that I had to get on the train quickly. Which is actually normal at the train station. Even said goodbye with a very unfriendly hand gesture.

The employees were always polite and courteous
