Everything is tip top, but when the boss is working, other customers who shouldn't actually be given priority are given priority. Returning the Chimpy battery is no problem for all employees except for the madame who is the boss there. Makes a very bad impression to me and I don't think she's the right boss. There are many friendly employees who deserve this position more.

Every time I hand over a return package...the women are not happy at all...for now. They almost refuse to accept it...the expression on their faces says enough...somehow I feel sorry for them 😏
