To buy a Netflix gift card, I entered this kiosk for the first time on the morning of August 8, 2023. Since I didn't know my way around this kiosk and therefore couldn't find a Netflix card, I told the saleswoman at the checkout that I would like to buy one. After she got me a card without saying a word, she then said that next time I could get a Netflix card from the store myself. My comment that I didn't know where the Netflix cards were and that Google and other cards were right next to the checkout, she really started to insult me. When I asked what her name was, she quickly removed the name tag and refused to tell me your name. Conclusion: My first and last purchase in this kiosk.

Found a fancy gold watch in this kiosk. Of course, with my decency from home, I handed the watch over to a saleswoman. Unfortunately I couldn't remember your name. Blonde young (in my opinion older looking) saleswoman. I made my purchases at Migros. Afterwards I quickly bought a drink at the kiosk and asked if anyone had already contacted me about the watch. It probably triggered some kind of inferiority complex in her, I can't explain it any other way and the answer I got was: That's none of your business! Amazed by the fact that I was never rude or insulting or even unfriendly, I wanted to know why she reacted like that?! I also had to ask why she charged me in full for the 50% discounted drink? Changing the barcode for the items is your job, not mine. Well, she didn't have an answer, she just made a face and gave me my money back properly. Like this: Mistakes happen, we are human, I make mistakes every day. It's just the way you react to it and or how you deal with it. I won't list any rules of etiquette now, you should have learned this from home or at least during your training, to the extent that you were allowed to enjoy one and, with all due respect, that is not meant in a bad way. I know how difficult it can be to even find a training place. However, it is always good manners to remain decent, especially with older people! Therefore 1 star, I will visit this kiosk again, let's see what happens. Was back...unfortunately! 1 star is too much. So that everyone understands me correctly, I am writing from the kiosk in Migros. Employees behave like queens in order to show the way to the rest of the people, ignorant of the fact that the people finance their food and clothing as well as housing and their drug consumption. I can't explain your behavior any other way, and God knows I'm a/e/ s/r/ (sorry I don't know the exact new spelling version of male female either, because there is currently a hot debate about how we can formulate our spelling in a politically correct way because we don't have any other problems! I wanted to share this with you as an exchange of ideas Kiosk employees can give as an idea for the next vote. I can't help but smile;)

It's a shame that I even have to give one star. Very talented employee, I drive by here every morning and don't stop just because of her. Cheeky, no greeting, arrogant, I think it's the biggest center in Switzerland. So it's really a shame that as a boss you can have something like that set up, as I, as the manager of 15 branches, would rather work myself than do something like that to the customers.!!
