I was there at 8:56 p.m. but was refused entry because the store had obviously already closed. However, according to the advertised opening times, the store should be open until 9:00 p.m.

The goods are labeled incorrectly and the prices fluctuate within a week, quite strange... The cash register display has been “broken” for over half a year and a receipt/receipt is also not handed out. To make matters worse, the cashier is extremely rude. It's a real shame, it would be a great location.

Very rude customer contact from Ms. Schüepp I wanted to buy a drink and "top up" my credit card and put 104 CHF in front of her and said "the drink and the rest on the card please" then she immediately became very loud and said "I'm definitely not going to calculate that for you" and then after that she wanted more money from me.

Really bad service. The cashier do the least possible and is really unfriendly! Forget about buying something if they have a problems with the barcode scan: entering the code by hand is impossible and you will be treated by the worst manners.

Since the renovation, the drinks have always been warm, so the fridge is unnecessary. If you want to have a cold energy drink in the morning, you can forget about it. I won't say anything about the staff - you have to experience it

I would like to give this kiosk zero stars, 1 or 2 employees are very, very unfriendly, the machine to scan vouchers from the K Kiosk app works for a few employees and suddenly it doesn't work for the 1 or 2 unfriendly employees. This often happens so that staff take turns. For one half the machine works and then the unfriendly employees come and suddenly it doesn't work! The same day it worked just a few hours earlier. Today, I went in expecting that the machine would work and that I could redeem my voucher for a hot chocolate. Of course, in the end it doesn't work. The argument was that I had been asked what I would get. I replied to the employee that I would get some hot chocolate. Her argument in the end was that I didn't say I was getting a FREE hot chocolate. Please, if anyone higher up at K Kiosk is reading this, take care of those 1 or 2 horrible employees at Dübendorf train station.

So you can't beat the unfriendliness. The employee is mentally unstable. preferably 0 stars. If one of the bosses on the floor should take the comments seriously and act accordingly, such a cheek.

The food wasn't the only thing that got people's eyes wide at this inn! I actually really enjoy trying out new restaurants and am constantly looking for new places to eat, but I will remain devoted to this place. The inn is super easy to get to! The convenient transport connections make a meal trip a breeze. In my opinion, a detour there is highly recommended. The waiter worked quickly, well and nicely.

The worst and most unprofessional service ever seen. Not doing a promised service and then do jokes about. Terrible and unprofessional service. Valora is the bottom end in that terms.

The woman is just cheeky (mostly yellow top) old. I got a café and I didn't know how to do it and then she was completely freaked out. The next time she said that the machine was broken and that was repeated twice. 0 respect

I would prefer to give 0 stars here, with this rudeness it's almost a shame that the store is allowed to continue selling things. You are shouted at, you have to wait forever even though there is no reason for it.

Nice service and a large selection of magazines, even books are available here at the Dübendorf train station kiosk, but parking spaces are in short supply

If you're stressed about commuting and like to wait until the saleswoman has finished vacuuming or arranging the shelves and if you're faced with a hundred dollar item you'll think like you've been asked for a square root and roll your eyes, the kiosk is highly recommended. Otherwise, avoid the Migrolino 10 meters further. Only affects one, the rest of the staff is very friendly and competent.
