The salesman talks to a customer about the downfall of society. When shopping, the customer is insulted as a customer of the state. It doesn't work at all. To hire such a primitive person in this day and age,

Small kiosk but you can find most of what you might need

Sorry, I would give a 0 star rating but that's not possible. I have been to this kiosk several times and each time I have been served in a very unfriendly manner by a person. This person was very rude this evening. I asked if I could get anything else (opening hours 9:30 p.m.) and was told off. This person should not be in contact with customers

Wow, the older employee at the kiosk is horrible...always in a bad mood!

Absolute impudence. Unfriendly employee. I wanted to buy 4 scratch cards for 4 Fr. Then this employee asked me for my ID in a very rude manner. Then she checked to see if I was of legal age. Then she told me again, very unkindly, that I had already been to her before. I didn't feel respected like a customer. Then I told her very nicely that I would be older next year and she then said that she would be older next year too and now. I would have liked to tell her that she should have respect from me. I didn't feel like I was being recognized as a customer afterwards. Pure disappointment at the Hb kiosk. I'll never buy anything there again.

Far too expensive and unfriendly.

THE walk-through kiosk on the corner. Either come in from the stairs to the right and then go straight out again, basically the chewing gum or the ticket in the run or vice versa. At rush hour, however, it's currently rather unfavorable because Wes is a slob and the advantage of the wide front becomes a disadvantage because with three people in the store, one is always breathing down the other's neck. But we wear masks and are on our way again. Doesn't the mask requirement also apply to staff?! 😏
