We bought a Gilda machine 2.5 years ago. I would never buy such an expensive (several thousand francs) machine from this place again. The machine had an error. However, this is not resolved. The machine came back after over a month with the same error. Not just once. The service is a disaster and I expected more from a Swiss product!

We have ordered coffee here for years. We made an appointment for today because we wanted to buy a portafilter and drove all the way from Zurich. 1) we were greeted unfriendly and our appointment was forgotten 2) an unmotivated lady served us poorly and said we had to know what we wanted ourselves - but we still have no idea about portafilters. 3) I gave her direct feedback, she accepted it without interest. When I told her that we would never order coffee here again and would buy the machine from another store, she shrugged her shoulder and said that was fine with her. This condition doesn't even deserve one star and we will never come here again.

Very bad customer service. Coffee machine repair was miserable. After service the machine continued to leak in the same place. Long waiting time and if you ask, it's suddenly quick - maybe too quick. I brought our coffee machine in for a service this week because unfortunately nothing tasty was coming out. The technician then took care of our machine, brought everything into shape and took a lot of time to explain everything to me when I picked it up. Even though we didn't buy our machine there, it was a great service and I'm very grateful for it. Arrived home, connected the machine and the result was fine, hot and real coffee enjoyment. A pity. This is how you can be wrong. Solid expertise when it comes to coffee and machines. Until you have a problem. Then the true character often shows itself. I have referred various customers here and have certainly generated more than 7k in sales. I didn't expect a thank you. But also not what I had to experience recently. I came with the desire to have the portafilter handle changed on a La Marzocco machine. I was informed that the handle could break - but not the entire portafilter. But that's exactly what happened. After 30 minutes we decided to abort the venture without success because neither the handle nor the portafilter could be saved. They simply gave me back the defective carrier. So I had to get a replacement. I also received the replacement, but was very surprised that I had to pay 100 euros for a new portafilter, even though Kafimaa had destroyed my carrier himself. It's my own fault. Please what? That didn't go into my head. So I quickly wrote to the owner and asked for a suggested solution. Instead of one, I received a whole tirade of insults and a corrected calculation where the time of destruction was still calculated as a unit of time. The owner and the technician suddenly charged 30 minutes of working time each, which was set to 0, for destroying my intact portafilter. The conclusion was that I no longer have to pay for the new portafilter, but I have completely lost trust in the company. I can no longer recommend the way you deal with a customer problem here, the way you respond to justified criticism from a very good customer. With the first problem, you noticed that the focus here is on sales.

I bought practically all of my “coffee equipment” from “Dä Kafimaa” in Cham. This includes almost all of my drip coffee utensils (except the Kalita Wave filter, as they didn't have that), as well as my latest acquisitions: a Bezzera Duo portafilter machine, a Eureka Atom 60E grinder, the milk jug, the tamper, cleaning materials, etc. I am absolutely satisfied with the products purchased. Even better than the products themselves, however, is the service provided by the employees on site. The purchase advice was tailored to my needs and they took a lot of time to respond to my wishes. This despite the fact that I already knew exactly what I wanted with both purchases so far. Unfortunately I had a small problem with my newly purchased portafilter. The frame was warped by approx. 2mm at the front right, where the drip tray is placed. Unfortunately, I cannot understand where the problem came from, as the machine was shown to me in the store in perfect condition and it was then repackaged in the original packaging (including a wooden pallet) for transport. Unfortunately, the problem became apparent to me at home when I put the machine on the table I had bought especially for this purpose and it was not standing flat on the leveled table top. So she rocked back and forth. Due to the warped frame, the drip tray could no longer be inserted correctly. I documented this finding with videos and sent it to “Dä Kafimaa”. Although to date it has not been possible to clarify where the damage came from, I was contacted within a very short time and was able to bring the machine in for an assessment. The problem was professionally analyzed within 24 hours and, to my great surprise, even fixed free of charge. That's what I call customer service!!! Thank you very much for this! I will definitely shop at “Dä Kafimaa” again. Because there is always something that you might need. ;-)

Croissants are very small, there is no trace of butter. Coffee in a bakery must be of higher quality and not machine.

Yesterday I was in the café shortly after 9:00 and was served by Ms. Sommerfeld. She is very helpful, polite and very competent. I had a short conversation with the employee in question, she seemed very motivated to me. I always like to come back.
