Unserious business; avoid. Order sent with *7 DAYS DELAY*, and my emails asking about the order status were ignored. One coffee was also different than ordered. Another time they did not have one of the coffees I ordered, so they just removed it from the order without consulting me. If you order here, don't count on getting your coffee anytime soon, or getting the coffee that you ordered. Never again. REPLY to your reply: do you not see the difference between: sending freshly roasted coffee on Wednesday as promised on the website ("nur zwei Tage später"); and: sending that coffee *the next Wednesday* (when it is also a week less fresh, by the way) and not replying to emails in the meantime? You are just making my point. Unserious.

I had a problem with my grinder and had been desperate to fix it myself for a week. I then called the coffee headquarters to get advice. Mr. Lupo gave me tips and even offered to come over spontaneously. I was then able to bring the mill outside opening hours on Friday and he solved the problem! Thank you very much Mr. Lupo, they are great! Now I enjoy it again and can make good coffee again.

Very nice espresso cups! When I received it, one of them had a small crack and was replaced by the coffee center without hesitation - great service!

The service is great, when coffee is ordered via B-Post it sometimes takes a long time for the goods to arrive. It would be great if you could also order sugar sticks on the online platform. (understood as constructive criticism)

Update 2: The response I received from this seller: "You are not the only customer" What a nice way to run a business! If you wish to purchase anything from this provider, you do so at your own risk. ----------------------------------------------- Update: After 10 days the device finally arrived. I am still not satisfied for the following reasons. 1. I thought the delivery should be by post office. But they used Planzer package and it was a disaster. The expensive machine was left unattended outside the building for hours without permission, even though there was a "very expensive" sticker on the box. 2. Wrong device sent. There are two versions of this machine, one older and one newer. I asked to check whether the device being sent was a newer version, which was answered in the affirmative. It turned out to be an old version that has a lot of problems. I have already bought a lot of accessories worth more than 100chf for this machine so it is already a loss for me even if I can return the machine and get a refund, which at this point not sure who for that Will pay for return shipping. I contacted customer service to see what can be done and am still waiting. What a waste of time and money. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but this type of experience puts me off. I could have bought another device from another seller at a discount and I would be much happier now. Unfortunately, due to this seller's lack of professionalism, these opportunities are already over.———————— I received an email asking for a review, but it's hard to leave a review when the product hasn't even shipped yet. Nobody answers the phone. It's okay to be late as long as I can get an update with a reasonable explanation, but nothing came back. I called many times but not once was there an answer. Still, they have a staff member who maintains their Instagram, lol. I will wait until the end of the day to see if they will reach me. Otherwise I'll cancel to see if I can at least get my money back.

The ordering process can sometimes be a bit difficult because the website/shop would have to be reworked by a professional, and this has been going on for years... Such bad service at Kaffeezentrale Schweiz, never again (it's a shame that you can't give 0 stars)!!! We sent a video by email and asked if this was a warranty case, the answer by email was a resounding YES. We then handed over the coffee grinder. We then had to ask several times whether it had already been repaired and when we picked it up we said "49 CHF please, there was supposedly a piece of wood in the coffee grinder". This piece of wood that supposedly broke the grinding disc was never shown to us ;-/ This action leaves us with a very unpleasant and untrustworthy feeling and for this reason we will never enter this store again.

My experiences so far have been basic. positive nature. Yesterday I just wanted to buy coffee beans but the lady was busy. After 15 minutes she realized, oh yes, I should serve the customer or at least inform them that someone would be coming to collect in a timely manner and rang the bell. Since nothing worked after 5 minutes, I left the restaurant after a total of 20 minutes. Leave waiting time. That's not possible, people. If you want to do business like that, all I can say is, goodnight. All the best and never see you again at the coffee headquarters in Uster. Luckily there are still some top smaller roasters where customer focus is still the top priority!

The Barista course is highly recommended! At the beginning, exciting facts about coffee are told, then the theory about making coffee follows, then the theory is put into practice and people practice. The course instructors do their job very well, it was a lot of fun.

Most of the time the order at the coffee center doesn't work... - Incorrect deliveries (Amici regular instead of decaffeinated) - Deliveries with an ancient roasting date (>1.5 years!) - Delivery of unusable milk jugs, the white enamel came off shortly - Items are shown as shipped, later everything is revoked and items suddenly cannot be delivered I never got an answer other than "Sorry, it can happen."

I bought the Aerobie AeroPress coffee maker a while ago. Simply the HIT..!! Now I can simply squeeze out fine coffee in my lonely forest hut... :-) And the thing cleans itself...almost...by itself! Hammer.

Always order coffee here. Works perfectly. The fact that every now and then one is not available only encourages us to try out new things. And the main point: I called for the second time because of a technical problem. The service technician provided such good support with a minor malfunction that immediate service was unnecessary. But we will definitely do it again at this location.

I have on April 29th. I ordered several packs of coffee (2 types that were declared as “available”). The order was only delivered on May 26th (!). Since it was a gift, I was particularly annoyed by the long delivery time and I generally find it unwearable - even in comparison with other online shops. Definitely not a recommendation.

Basically a nice selection of coffees for online ordering. Unfortunately you cannot set a filter for coffees that are available. And unfortunately most of them aren't. This means that you find out more about the coffees and when you want to order you realize that they are 'currently not available'. Very annoying in the long run. At some point you get tired of it and look for another shop. What a shame actually! I contacted them via their website about this but unfortunately didn't get a response.

Ordered a dripster in the online shop, the goods were shipped quickly and well, but to the wrong address. The correct address was even written on the invoice/delivery note, but despite everything it was sent to the wrong address. According to my email, there is no feedback from customer service. It was probably the first and last time I ordered there - there are plenty of other options.

A great selection and you're sure to find what you're looking for. The customer service is very committed over the phone and will help you, unfortunately I'm a little disappointed that delivery takes over a week for me, but that can also be an exception.

A coffee machine for 4400 CHF breaks after 5 months. Emails are not responded to. Instead of offering a customer-friendly warranty process, new reasons are constantly being invented as to why it will be a paid repair: wrong milk, too much lime in the water, no introduction booked, milk nozzle not blown out, always happens in companies. Return shipping is only possible on a pallet in the original packaging, then back to the importer a few weeks later. The customer is treated as a fool. Not recommended.

I don't understand why you can't pay directly via Paypal or credit card, I regularly waste the bill and the reminders annoy me. Otherwise I tried around 20 types of coffee and found the right one for my machine, the selection is a huge benefit. In the future, I will purchase directly from the manufacturer because they accept my credit card.

VERY bad customer service. I would never order a machine or coffee from them again! Before ordering a coffee machine from Kaffeezentrale we contacted the company to ask if they could deliver the machine to our home address (as we did not want to attend a course nor wanted to drive to Uster). They confirmed that they could ship the machine so we placed our order. After that everything went wrong: - We received the coffee machine 3 weeks after we had ordered it - We had to call the company several times as we did not hear anything from them after placing our order (sales clerk was on holiday and somehow our order went forgotten in the pipeline) - When contacting them, they assured us that someone will look into our case and will call us back - NEVER happened! We had to chase them to get our coffee machine. - After putting some pressure by claiming our money back they assured us that the machine would be delivered the next day. And to apologize for the inconvenience they would give us 3 kilo of coffee instead of the 2 kilo of coffee that we would receive anyway (nice gesture we thought) - Next day the coffee machine did arrive. The sales clerk who was on holiday brought it himself. However we only received 1 kilo of coffee instead of the promised 3 kilo of coffee (so much for setting expectations right). And the sales clerk did not apologize. Conclusion: All this chasing and calling the company was not worth it. If we would have known how much time and energy it caused us to get our coffee machine we would have ordered it from a different company.

If someone likes to drink coffee and wants to prepare it the traditional way, this is the right place for them. Coffee is alive here
