Pad Thai was inedible, neither authentic nor otherwise fine, and I felt slightly sick afterwards. Chicken or tofu have the same amount of tofu.

Delicious. Unfortunately the portions are too small. To go portions are larger.

It has been a few years since we tried it, this time the food is great! Reasonable price In good portion, I recommend it. More importantly, they gave you a tracker which they located you can deliver the dishes directly at your table. Well designed system! I would say it’s the best value restaurant in the whole shopping center, esp when you are very hungry;)

Here we were served two main courses cold. When we asked, the dishes were put in the microwave. This is how freshness works in a Migros Zurich company...

One star for fast and friendly service. We were here for 2 times. The first time the food was okay so we chose to be here again instead of Europe food. Frankly, the food is not authentic and it is the worst Asian restaurant I’ve ever been regarding food taste :( The pad Thai was inedible since it’s too sour and swim in oil or kind of sauce. I was offered another dish but it didn’t taste much better. Sorry but we won’t come back again.

KAIMUG top service, food is beautifully presented and tastes fantastic 😍 Price performance is top and in the Glattzentrum with the quiet, relaxed ambience in the restaurant the best place to eat. The staff is very friendly and provides great service to the customers, and especially the cooking team, a big compliment for their quality and excellent work, even in rush times/lunch times. Tasty, great, but really tiny portion sizes, at least for take away orders. There was almost 200ml of soup in it. Very disappointing.

Satai skewers don't taste like peanuts. Fried rice noodles taste like they were cooked in the dishwasher. Beef no taste. And all too expensive

Food is very good and always fresh. I often come here to eat on my lunch break. Today I went to PICK UP something to eat with my son (he's almost 3 years old), and once he did it like a wolf. It wasn't even really loud. The older lady who works in service (long black hair) looked at him so badly and said “hey” to him in a very loud tone. He just became quiet because she scared him. Unfortunately that disappointed me because he is a child and he didn't bother anyone. In the end she could tell me, but not act like that with my child. I hope that you will read my review and think about what it is like to be/have a child. Very unfriendly lady.

One of the few restaurants in Zurich where the portions are generous. The quality is good and the food is served at the table. The price is reasonable considering the quantity and service. Probably the best restaurant in the Glattzentrum. Recommended!

Always good for a quick meal after shopping. Good selection of dishes. The selection, ordering and payment takes place directly at the entrance at the order counter. You take the drink with you to your seat and the food is delivered to your table in just a few minutes. Quality, taste and quantity are overall good for me.

What originally looks inviting is ruined by unfriendly service. When we pointed out that our Pad Thai had a sweet/sour sauce, the answer was that we were wrong and it was a normal Pad Thai.

We went there today. We ordered and then asked if they had any drinks not from a plastic bottle. Server said only water from the tap but she needed to charge us 1 CHF. We said fine. We realized after it was 1.80 CHF for each glass of lukewarm water. It's not the price, it's the switch of price and that they had no other option that wasn't in plastic. ( It was not a misunderstanding, the person that ordered is a native German speaker).

Very long waiting time with weak frequency. Unfortunately, the quality isn't great either. Orders are not cooked in order… the last time here.

Price performance is actually very good to okay, the meat also has quality, I can tell by the structure, nothing cured and bound with soy lecithin. Great please keep it up. Food also comes relatively quickly, although I have to say, sometimes too quickly. In other words, the food was already basically prepared, it was no longer really hot. Please don't make the dishes in advance, the quality will suffer and if customers think they can't wait a few minutes, it's usually their own fault. But overall a top recommendation from me, as in my case it is more traditional the red Thai curry. Not designed for additives and oil like Mister Wong.

Unfriendly staff. Eat good. Despite an email asking for a table reservation, it doesn't work. No feedback. Why isn't this communicated when you look at Menu Restaurant??? It's all takeaway food - if you're lucky you can sit down at a table after the food is served. I don't recommend the restaurant.

No taste, fried without a wok or anything

Staff was nice, the restaurant was clean, but the food was cold, almost not seasoned. Fried rice was cooked and not fried. The fried noodles were also bland and not fried. A pity… Never again!

We have been visiting this "quick restaurant" for years and are generally always very satisfied, both with the friendly service and the good-tasting Thai food. On Saturdays you may have to wait in line for a long time around lunchtime.

Pad Thai with duck!! The food/price ratio is amazing. Really like the tast and presentation. If you never have been to a Kaimug and like Thai food, you should definitely try.

Unfortunately not Thai at all, I had ordered Pad Thai with chicken, and every now and then there was a tofu cube that didn't belong there. In addition, the noodles were floating in oil, I left more than half of them standing, far too expensive for what it offers.

Only 1 star from me (I would prefer not to give one). I ordered four take-away meals (of course I didn't look in to check again), but one of them was unfortunately missing the duck. After I called there, I had to drive back again to get my money refunded and after I told the lady at the checkout that this wasn't okay and I had to drive an extra 30 minutes back and forth Not even an apology, thank you very much, but apparently you don't need it and assume that the guest won't complain. I really came regularly, today was definitely the last time. And please don't leave a comment saying "Oh we're so sorry"...you can save yourself that. Addition: As you requested, I contacted you via email 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back. So I also forego your “immediate solution”.

Today I ordered a curry without mushrooms, unfortunately it came with mushrooms, then I complained and they immediately took it back and offered another meal & drinks and got the money for my curry back. Really great service will come again

Quite tasty, but not the finest. I think it's quite good for something in between meals. Coconut water as a drink is still quite nice. Fried rice is a good portion so you can't go wrong. Gladly again

CHF 17.00 for red Thai chicken curry, with 5 pieces of chicken?? I also asked for "Thai Spicy" and got sliced chilli's with Tabasco sauce... I had spring rolls too, which were as good as the Curry was!! The closest thing to being authentic Thai was the Chinese cashier... BARF!! STAY AWAY!!!

Unfortunately no gluten-free dishes!

I don't think you can and shouldn't expect authentic cuisine here, but I was still disappointed. It just didn't taste good! The Pad Thai was bland and the "Planted Wok" had zero roasted flavors that you actually get from the wok and only tasted like soy sauce. And the spring rolls... They're about the same as you get in the discounter's freezer ;) The food is very Instagrammable but not that delicious! Service was friendly!

This is the BEST place you can have a DELICIOUS thai dish in Glattzentrum ! Wonderful staff and marvellous food, it deserves them all. A place to eat well and stay in a comfortable and clean and relaxed place 🙂 the picture shows Panang Thay (chicken, WONDERFUL and spicy) and a prosecco glass, something like 26 chf!

The food was good. We weren't that hungry, so we had leftovers. Since we don't like food waste at all, we have leftovers packed up everywhere, even in very good restaurants. We find that to be self-evident and absolutely right these days!!! Unfortunately, our request was commented on in a mocking, unfriendly and demonstrative way carried out very reluctantly. We were amazed that in this day and age, conscious use of resources in a restaurant is laughed at by the staff and openly expressed to the guest! Where is the environmental awareness and customer orientation!!!

We visit Kaimug regularly and are always very enthusiastic. Price/performance ratio excellent. But plant based chicken really doesn’t have to be that way. Consistency spongy and taste cardboard. I went home hungry for the first time. Throw it out of the range straight away!

You can revise the slogan 'taste thai'. The food doesn't taste authentic at all and the shrimp & duck were dry, bland and soggy. Also the service is really bad. According to the motto: Someone takes orders, three people watch. I would NOT recommend it for this price

I love your Pad Thai, even if you sometimes skimp on the peanuts. 😎 But now your ladies know me and are a little more into it. It's great how customer requests are taken into account and guests are also remembered. I rarely have to mention the extra nuts anymore. 🥰

Delicious food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The music is nice too and I like that it's a bit back in the corner, meaning you're on your own. The restaurant is also very nicely decorated - simple design. The food tasted really Asian, unfortunately the rice was a bit bland but still ok, just a little more soy sauce or salt was missing. The spring rolls were A+.

We tried 1) Soy sauce based stir-fried noodles with duck meat and 2) Pad Thai. The noodles with duck was a huge portion (which was good) but the sauce was simple (just soy sauce). Pad Thai was delicious. For both dishes, the veges were fresh and enough. The price was reasonable and the serving was quick.

To start with, the two stars are for the cashier, who was very friendly. Until 1-2 years ago I was always very satisfied with the food at Kaimug. The last 4 times since 2020 (2xGlatt, 2xHB vis a vis Migros) I was neither happy with fried noodles, fried rice (both HB), chicken red curry nor with the Pad Thai (both Glatt). Apart from the fact that I had the feeling that at least 2-3CHF was added, there were hardly any vegetables in the first two dishes, the vegetable decoration was left out when scooping, and there was hardly any vegetables in the rest. The red curry was very thin, for the chicken they probably used pieces of chicken thigh instead of sliced ​​meat (I know that's authentic, but it just doesn't taste like it used to) overall there was no joy. The Pad Thai today consisted of 99% noodles, and 1% tofu, eggs, coriander, etc., and I don't know what kind of "sauce" it was, sweet chilli sauce from the bottle? I know it differently from Thailand. In general, the suspicion arises of asking for more and offering less. Tried it 4 times now, that's it. Price-performance ratio is no longer right and on the homepage it says Take away Pad Thai 13.90.-, I paid 14.65.- (10% take away discount). It's a shame for the staff that they have to prepare this food, authentic tastes different to me.
