McDonald's just. Food tastes artificial and is too expensive for what you get.

I wanted to order something, or rather 2 bigmacs and 2 large Coca-Colas. Then the employee said we should wait for the police even though we hadn't done anything bad. Because I had a young voice, she thought I was just kidding her, even though that wasn't the case was. That doesn't suit me at all.

Good quality and low price like in every McDonalds. The restaurant is above average beautiful.

Almost always just pick up things at the drive inn. It always works really well, especially on Saturday evenings. Even when there is a lot going on, things move quickly, there are hardly any waiting times and the service is very friendly. On other days we had different experiences, but mostly OK, and always a little dependent on the staff and how busy there was. When it comes to food, everything is actually always good to very good. It goes up to 5 stars if the fries are well filled every time in the future and not just a good three quarters.

Food good as always, unfortunately sometimes things ordered are forgotten. If someone notices it and then complains, they will cook what they forgot without discussing it.

was at the drive, received the wrong order. Was already far away. Everything had to end up in the trash.

Located very conveniently near Mäenriet, the drive-through service is very nice and the food is delicious as is with every McDonalds. There's also a few car charging stations right near it. Worth a quick visit of you're in Dietlikon.

There is a small mobile for children, inside the Grease-style armchairs. For a Mac Donald in a parking area it's more than fine, even if perhaps there is a lack of parking spaces

Machines are constantly broken. Best drive through and parking lot entrance (irony!). If you want to scrap your rims on unnecessary curbs, go 4 it.

One of the best McDonald's restaurants in the region! Food fresh, hot and delivered to the table very quickly.

Nice clean McDonald's with order machines and table service. Too bad, that they are not taking care of getting the ice cream as soon as possible to the table. Often it sits there on the counter or somewhere in the kitchen and is melted when brought to the table.

Fries cold and not crispy, employees made the burger wrong and the people at McDrive don't understand you. (If you have to be able to do so little, then please do it correctly)

So the lady really got really nasty with me on the phone today because she didn't help me, I didn't get any bacon in the burger but I always pay when I get food from you, something is missing, the shop was empty, and then you can't even do that Prepare the ordered food properly so very disappointing of you. I want the difference back, it's about the principle.

Lately disaster! Don't go there anymore! Yesterday I'm driving in happy meal ordered with nuggets and also hamburger. When I got home I saw a happy meal with fish, burgers without water, without sauce and fries were practically empty. And they forgot the burger! I paid 13 francs for that! I'm back and since they didn't give me a receipt, they didn't make anything up to me! So cheeky! It's just always like that lately!!! Unfortunately the new staff is incompetent.

Although the food was good, the service was good and the ambience was good, I had to recognize a lot of things. McDonald's is a good restaurant, but my doubts lie with the ingredients of the dish, which are full of pesticides as far as I could find out, but the place itself is great Until I have no clarity about the contents, I avoid eating there The drive-in can also be reached on foot but is not recommended

I ordered food through Order & Pay, when I arrived they said they couldn't process orders through order & pay and I need to contact support over the contact form to get it reimbursed. I then ordered again just normally, everything fine. Except now I invested already 1h back and forth with their support: They want me to deliver more documents for that (bank statement (which i provided), order copy (which i don't have anymore), adress of the mc donalds etc. etc.) than when I file my taxes. For a 29.-- order they are not able to check themselves whether that order was fulfilled or not, despite me giving them the order number. I just gave up now at this point. Atrocious customer service from McDonalds online support.

I urgently had to use the toilet first, when I opened the door I noticed the freshly mopped floor. But, the toilet that I wanted to use was completely dirty inside and out! I reported it to the manager, she just said that he had just been tasked with cleaning it. But he only had the floor. She didn't even want to look at the dirty toilet. The gentleman only spoke English and there were problems understanding the manager. I felt a little uncomfortable eating there afterwards. It can happen sometimes. But in a restaurant, cleanliness is one of the highest commandments!

McDonalds, if you like it, you like it. Go get dinner with the family once a month. The ambience inside is deliberately sparse, of course not inviting to linger longer, but clean. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, two cheeseburgers were forgotten at the last drive-in. Annoying when you only notice it when you get home.

Bad information from employees, no replacement, even though it is a fast food shop.

My experience at the drive-thru was not as expected. I went to the drive-thru and the order taking didn't work. Then I decided to continue driving. When I arrived at the food counter I was told rather rudely that a bobby car was not for the drive-in. This really affected me because I was very hungry. Even the name of my vehicle says Car, in German Auto. So I don't understand the excitement.

My complaint was taken seriously and handled very professionally - thank you very much! The food in this branch is impeccable nota bene.

Food is always great and the people there are friendly. However, last time they forgot our apple pie, which made us very sad.

I just got home with ice cream and I'm mad again!!! I always order double caramel sauce when personalized and what I find at home is simply a gus. Disaster!! Nobody there knows what double means?! It's sad that they bombard you like that, and save so embarrassingly over and over again

I've never been there before, but the drive works wonderfully. Never waited more than 2-3 minutes.

Yesterday I ordered two menus and a nuggets. A nice lady realized that I had been waiting for a long time and asked me about my order. Also asked if I had paid even though I had given the receipt. Nevertheless, I had to wait a long time and didn't get any fresh, warm food, it was cold and they forgot to give me a sauce. We pay for fresh fries and warm food and don't eat things that have been sitting there for a long time! Hope it improves 👍

This McDonald especially the Drive iN is a disaster every time I go to the Drive truth they forget something, today the nuggets last time a citizen the penultimate time the apple tascjen it comes cooks once before they bring it there to complete an order completely. Issue regarding home delivery from McDonald's Dietlikon. I ordered several times from this store and the food after delivery by Just Eat and Uber Eats arrives cold, because this store puts the ice cold drink exactly next to hot burgers and then packages them next to each other. During the delivery the ice cubes inside the drink melt and the coke tastes like water, and the burger gets cold. Once I got angry and shouted at the delivery guy and he explained me why this problem exists, I was ashamed to shoot at the delivery guy, because the delivery guy doesn't cause the problem. The delivery person explained that they have requested McDonald's dietlikon to give them cold package and hot package separately, but the store manager ignores and harassed them for the feedback from costumer. I don't know who the store manager is but apparently he or she is doing a terrible job. I ordered the same for from McDonald's oerlikon and the food arrived in two separate packages and although the distance from McDonald's oerlikon to my home is around 7 minutes longer, the Berger's were still hot and the drinks still cold with ice cubes not melted. So I had to write this, hopefully the store manager does a better job and I don't have to shake myself shouting at delivery guy again.

At this McDonald's, the service is good for fast food. At other MC Donalds, such as in Hinwil, a lot still needs to be done to get to this level.

Get food poisoning, you better check the food!! Never again!

The people at this establishment were xenophobic and disgusting, it is sad that in 2023 there are still these types of problems!

Finally, as I see it is starting to become a habit in the region to have racist employees at McDonald's, this one is not an exception.

Actually very good McDonald's! Sometimes I get there around 1 a.m. when all the other Mecces are closed, but unfortunately there are too many Jugos so I would prefer to go to sleep hungry

I ordered take away. When I got home half of the drink was missing and the wrong one. Went to McDonalds again. I got everything right now. No apology or anything like that. By the way... it wasn't busy

It's absolutely disappointing that the cheeseburgers constantly taste like they've been sitting somewhere for an hour. It seems like you can't even meet the basic requirement of serving fresh burgers.

First of all I have to write that I am fully aware that the job at McDonald's must be a very hard one. You need a lot of patience and nerves to get along with the customers. Nevertheless, it must be mentioned that the quality in this branch has unfortunately deteriorated. The workers sometimes seem helpless to me. I wanted to buy a voucher at the machine using my barcode via the McDonald's app on my cell phone, but it didn't work. I then tried via drive in, it didn't work again, the employee just told me bluntly that I had to pay the full price. What a shame, whoever works at the drive-in counter must at least know how to enter a voucher manually otherwise they are in the wrong place. The vouchers must work! Mcdonalds advertises with this and otherwise it is false advertising and you are cheating the customers. The vouchers are the reason why you choose McDonald's and not a competitor. Items are increasingly being forgotten, the sandwiches/burgers are, in my opinion, arranged at an angle. Which isn't so bad, but it's pretty disgusting because the vouchers can't be redeemed. Update: Please explain to your workers the difference between Ovaltine and Oreos...

Wow the new recipe from Cheeseburger Royal Doesn't taste good at all! Onions too intense and bitter. Notices that the burgers are no longer freshly fried. It's a shame everything is just cold and warm!!!

My order took over 30 minutes and it was still cold

I waited over 30 minutes for 2cheesburger and bigtasty.. Worst staff sorry and that's been the case for weeks. Was there again today, not even the shift manager could face me and sent his staff in front of me who ignored me. That's not all 2 weeks ago they forgot a burger takeaway that I only noticed when I got home so 10 were gone, chicken nuggets were also forgotten. The shift manager was at the checkout, touched everything and then prepared burgers straight away without washing his hands beforehand, sorry it has nothing to do with hygiene! What's going on there is just a mess. If you are looking for a competent fillia manager/shift manager there, I would be happy to apply to bring a bit of discipline to the store, the staff also earn their money or so they can at least do something for it!!!

Burger with burned beef and sprite that taste like CIF (cleaning spray). It didn’t happened just once unfortunately.

I honestly don't know why I listen to my kids (even if they only eat McDonald's once every 1-2 years) ... because each time we eat something here, no matter what it is, we end up with a huge belly pain and drop in energy 30m after leaving the establishment. This food is way beyond bad 😔

I wanted to order with points from the SM machine, points were deducted, unfortunately the menu was not added to the shopping cart. Staff (woman) very rude, eyes rolled. Finally gave the food. Staff had plenty of time for private conversations, but they kept customers waiting. In the end I didn't pack it to go and complained that I would like everything in one bag. Was the worst MC I've ever experienced!!!!

One of the worst McDonald's there is, every time something is missing from my order and when you try to check it on site you just get a stupid look!

I bought 2 9 chicken wings and 2 small fries, I only got 1 9 chicken nugget and 1 small fries and only noticed this when I got home.😕

It's unbelievable how many people are too stupid to place an order, then look for the error at McD and therefore only give it one star.

Unfortunately, with every order, it happens that either the wrong burger is packed or it is completely forgotten. It's very annoying when you come home and find that you didn't receive the food you ordered. I complained to your supposed branch manager over the phone, but I was not offered any solution. Instead, I was blamed for the incorrect order. I find it very disappointing that your staff is unable to fulfill simple orders correctly and is not customer oriented even when complaints are made. Please ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future and that your staff are trained to ensure correct orders as the current service is TERRIBLE!!

This restaurant really threw me. Seems to be very new - with a parking area that features four fast charging station. Excellent! Unfortunately, there is NO pedestrian way from the parking lot to the restaurant! Either you walk down the (very narrow!) driveway and dodge cars or you clamber down an incline filled with jagged rocks to end up in the thoroughfare for the drive-through lane. I don‘t know how you would even do that wearing high heels, it was difficult enough for me in regular business shoes. You're in a wheelchair? Sorry... you'll have to stay in the car! Once inside, we ordered two coffees on the terminals… and waited. There were no other people waiting for food or drinks, but no one bothered to start making our coffees. Took several minutes before someone appeared. The interior architecture is quite nice, with lots of separator walls. Unfortunately, the music was really loud throughout the entire restaurant (ceiling speakers). We had planned to prep for a meeting and barely found a booth in the far corner where we were at least able to talk without elevating our voices. Last but not least, they offer free WIFI… if you give them your mobile number so they can send you an access code by SMS. What? Will never visit this one again!

The McDonalds is located directly in the Dietlikon shopping area in its own building next to Jumbo Coop and Aldi. It has plenty of its own parking spaces and a McDrive. It is furnished in a modern design and has a large number of self-service terminals. The food is served. The service is friendly and quick. The cleanliness is somewhat limited, probably due to the high frequency. The coffee meets McDonald's standards.

Went to McDonald's today and we noticed that the two employees who were responsible for preparing the burgers weren't wearing gloves and were touching toppings such as cheese, salad, etc. with their hands. One of them ran her hair through her hair from time to time. Luckily they used tongs for the meat. Call me petty but I don't find it particularly appetizing. Who can assure me that these people have clean hands?

McDonald's just. I stopped there because there are two 300kW charging stations there. The menu is different from the German one. I ordered a Spicy McChicken, a Crispy Chicken Honey Mustard and a pint of Coke without ice. I prefer not to talk about the prices in Switzerland. Just this: charging my car was significantly cheaper than two burgers and Coke. I would describe the taste of the burgers as borderline. Either it was due to an unknown spice, an unknown ingredient, or the bugs were contaminated with a chemical. The straw for the cola was made of plastic.
