We drove 4.5 hours round trip in the evening to taste the delicious kaizen dishes again. I think that explains how amazing this restaurant is... 😊 and we will do it again as soon as possible. Thanks to the entire kaizen team.

The best gyoza we have ever tasted! The nigiri with foie gras and mango is worth trying! For the rest it's good, but one of the white chocolate desserts with citrus ice cream (it seems to me, yuzu?) associated with small domes of black sesame cream is, according to my tastes, a bad idea . I didn't like the combination of these two flavors. Otherwise the setting is very pleasant and the service is friendly.

Perfect food. Will definitely eat here again. The edamame had smoked flaky sea salt. Tempura legumes was scrumptious. My son enjoyed the Teriyaki poulet. The sushi is impeccable. Freshness and mastery. Nigiri hamachi, nigiri otoro, Sake futo were exceptional. Very friendly service and waitresses are very sweet and caring.

Top notch cuisine! But the service is strange for such a level of restaurant - none of the 3 waitresses cleaned the table of soy sauce stains 😱 my wife asked for the wine list in the middle of the meal - no one came to take the order , and in the end we never got the dessert menu that we had asked for 😱 on the other hand all the waitresses were very nice

Great discovery with excellent cuisine and wonderful service

The best gyozas I've eaten outside of Japan - really tasty! The sashimi was also excellently prepared and the dessert was simply amazing! The atmosphere, a successful mix of a Swiss chalet and a Japanese house, creates a beautiful balance in the decoration. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and you feel comfortable even in jeans and sneakers. The service is extremely friendly and attentive, the staff is always up for a little joke. Although the prices may seem scary at first, they are completely justified considering the great taste, atmosphere and excellent quality of service. Congratulations to the entire team and thank you!

The best gyozas I've had outside of Japan, really delicious!! The eel dish was also very good, and what can we say about the yuzu cream dessert with white chocolate and strawberry carpaccio: killer! a mix of Swiss chalet and a Japanese house, very nice balance for the decor. warm, cool atmosphere, you feel comfortable in jeans and sneakers. Very friendly and attentive service, always ready for a little joke. The prices can be scary but this is only justified for the tastes, the atmosphere and the quality of services. Honestly congratulations to the whole team. It is really delicious. From starters to dessert it is a delight for the palate. The service is impeccable, fast, efficient. The setting is pretty. The bill adds up quickly but hey, once in a while it's nice to do yourself some good. The contents of the plates are a little light... For a seasoned man it's not enough.

My boyfriend and I came here in the summer and I can truly say it’s one of the best restaurants in the region. You get top quality for a fair price (which, let’s be honest, is basically unheard of in Swizterland). As a New Yorker, I’ve been very fortunate to have some top-level sushi and I’m really picky about it. I had yet to find anything above mediocre quite literally throughout the country… But this was FANTASTIC. You can tell there’s a lot of care, expertise, and detail in every single ingredient that is put out. The service was absolutely wonderful, as well - very kind, helpful, passionate staff. Hats off and bravo to this whole team. I’ll definitely check out their sister restaurant in Madrid next time I’m there.

It was a very pleasant surprise to find this gem in the middle of this gastronomic desert, a 10 restaurant. I recommend the nigiris, perfect rice and first-class fish, as well as the sashimi. Let yourself be guided by the waiter. The site is spectacular. Very good prices. 100% recommended

I come from leukerbad and come here specially to taste sushi. It can be said that this is the best sushi I have eaten in the past two years. There are many varieties and very professional!

I spent a week in Switzerland with a friend some weeks ago and visited the japanese restaurant Kaizen, in Crans Montana. The whole experience was AMAZING, from the location (beautiful views from the restaurant windows) to the excellent food. The dishes are very creative and presented delicately and impeccably, such as the dry ice sashimi. Everything was so yummy. We even went twice and no doubt I would go again. Friendly and professional staff. Totally recommended. A MUST-visit in Switzerland and Crans Montana 💚💚💚

I thought it was spectacular! Although I don't go to that area much, it is certainly worth it. I would highlight the attention of the owner, who explains everything in detail, generating enthusiasm even before tasting, but the quality of the raw materials, the originality of the preparation and the unforgettable setting is tremendous!
